The Food of the Gods
The Hidden Manna, the Overcomer, and the Hunger That Grows With Every Bite
The Bread Series, Part Three — A Sabbath Sermon
Rev. John Shane Vaughn — First Harvest Ministries International — Waveland, Mississippi
Series Continuation: Part 1 — The Starter Dough | Part 2 — The Covenant Life Is For Israel | Part 3 — The Food Of The Gods (Tonight)
OPENING SCRIPTURE READING (Congregation standing)
Hear the word of Yahweh from the book of Revelation, chapter two, verse seventeen — the words of Yahshua to the assembly at Pergamos: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
From the Gospel of John, chapter four, verse thirty-two: I have meat to eat that ye know not of; and from the first epistle of John, chapter three, verse two: Beloved, now are we the sons of Yahweh, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.
(Be seated.)
HOUR ONE — THE PROMISE NO ONE HAS YET TASTED IN FULL
Children, settle in tonight; I am not going to rush this; the Spirit of Yahweh has put a meal in front of me to set before this house, and I am not going to skip a single course.
Tonight is hour one of three; three hours, three movements, three sittings at one table; we have been counting toward Pentecost for two weeks now — first we taught you that we are the starter dough, last Sabbath we taught you that the covenant life is for Israel and Israel is you — and tonight we go up another level.
Tonight, I am going to tell you what the overcomer eats; and how every single bite enlarges the appetite for more.
There is a verse that haunts the modern church — haunts it because the church has no category for it, no doctrine that fits it, and no appetite for what it actually demands; it is Revelation 2:17; we just read it; read it again with me in your heart — slowly:
To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it; to him that overcometh — read it slow; let those four words sink in.
Not to him that walked an aisle; not to him that prayed a prayer at a Billy Graham crusade; not to him that signed a card and got handed a pamphlet; not to him that got dunked in a baptistry on a Sunday morning while a worship band hummed Just As I Am eighteen times.
The promise is laser-targeted — and the target is narrow; the overcomer; and what is the prize? Hidden manna; a white stone; a new name only the eater will ever know; this is not a participation trophy; this is the food of the gods.
And I mean that phrase with the full weight Yahshua Himself gave it when He quoted Psalm 82 and said: Is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods? (John 10:34); now hear me carefully — because this is where the Trinitarian world tries to trap you; we are not gods alongside Yahweh; there is only one Almighty — and His name is Yahweh.
I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no Elohim (Isaiah 44:6); I am Yahweh, and there is none else, there is no Elohim beside me (Isaiah 45:5); so what does Yahshua mean when He says ye are gods? He means sons — sons brought to glory; sons who shall be — listen to this — like Him, because they shall see Him as He is.
That is the manna; that is the hunger; that is the table I am setting tonight; and we have three hours together, beloved; three hours to walk through this revelation; three hours to feed our souls until they cannot hold any more — and yet, by the end of the night, you will be hungrier than when you walked in; because that is what this bread does.
WHAT THE MANNA WAS — AND WHY IT WAS HIDDEN
Let us go back to the wilderness, children; let us walk it together; Israel is hungry; Egypt is behind them; the flesh-pots are gone; the leeks and the onions and the garlic are a memory; they are out in a hot, empty desert with no Walmart, no McDonald's, no grocery store, no farms, no rivers full of fish — and they are starving; and the only thing falling from the sky is a strange, sweet, mysterious bread.
And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, it is manna: for they wist not what it was (Exodus 16:15); now look at that line; read what it actually says; they said one to another, it is manna — for they wist not what it was; they named it; and the name they gave it was — a question.
The Hebrew is man hu — literally, what is it? The very name of the bread is a question; the food itself is a mystery; Israel ate it for forty years and never fully understood what it was.
Children, write that down somewhere; the bread of Yahweh is a mystery you eat for forty years and still cannot fully define; that should tell you something about the food Yahweh puts in front of His people; it is not the kind of food you analyze; it is the kind of food you eat — and let it do its work.
Then Yahweh commanded Moses: fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations; that they may see the bread wherewith I have fed you in the wilderness (Exodus 16:32); Aaron laid an omer of manna up before the Testimony; eventually it was placed inside the Ark of the Covenant, alongside Aaron's rod that budded and the tablets of stone — three witnesses to the faithfulness of Yahweh (Hebrews 9:4).
And then — beloved, hear this carefully — it disappeared from the eyes of Israel forever; Yahweh said it was preserved that they may see the bread; and then He hid it where no one could see it; that is not a contradiction; that is a prophecy.
The High Priest could not see the manna in the Ark; he entered the Holy of Holies once a year — once a year — on Yom Kippur; and listen to what he had to do when he entered: and he shall put the incense upon the fire before Yahweh, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not (Leviticus 16:13).
The smoke covered the mercy seat — so that the High Priest would not look upon it and die; the bread that Yahweh said would be preserved that they may see it — was so holy that even the High Priest had to obscure it with smoke to enter the room; and if you doubt how serious this was — read 1 Samuel chapter 6.
The men of Beth Shemesh got the Ark back from the Philistines; they were excited; they were celebrating; and they made one mistake — one; and He smote the men of Bethshemesh, because they had looked into the Ark of Yahweh, even He smote of the people fifty thousand and threescore and ten men (1 Samuel 6:19).
Fifty thousand and seventy dropped dead on the spot; because they looked into the box where the manna was hidden; children, the bread that was preserved so they could see it — they were forbidden to see; that is why it is called hidden manna.
Now, why? Why hide bread that was supposed to be seen? It was hidden — not because Yahweh was being cruel — but because the people were not yet ready; they had not overcome; they were still carnal; they were still rebellious; they were still building golden calves in their hearts at the first delay.
To gaze upon the Bread of Life with unclean eyes is to die; so Yahweh did the merciful thing; He hid the bread until there would arise a generation of overcomers who could finally eat it without being destroyed by it; and here is the prophecy hidden inside the hiding: one day the manna would be brought back out; and the overcomers would eat it.
That is the promise of Revelation 2:17; the bread that has been hidden in the mercy seat for thousands of years — for the overcomer it will finally be uncovered, given, eaten, savored; and we are part of the generation that will see it happen.
YAHSHUA — THE TRUE BREAD MADE FLESH
Now here is where the modern church goes wrong, children — and I want you to hear me carefully because this is the pivot the whole sermon turns on; Yahshua said: I am that bread of life; your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead; this is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die (John 6:48-50).
Now the carnal Trinitarian church reads that and says, see? Jesus is God; He came down from heaven; He is the manna; and they collapse the Father and the Son into one being and call it a mystery and forbid you to ask questions about it; that is not what the text says.
Yahweh the Father did not come down; Yahweh the Father did not die; Yahweh the Father is not the manna in the bowl; the manna is the bread that came down from the Father; and Yahshua is that bread because He is the perfect, obedient, fully-human Son in whom the fullness of the Father's Spirit dwelt without measure.
For He whom Yahweh hath sent speaketh the words of Elohim: for Yahweh giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him (John 3:34); hear me carefully: Yahshua is the loaf; He is the body; He is the form in which the Father's life was made visible, edible, and ultimately broken for us.
For the bread of Yahweh is He which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world (John 6:33); the bread is given; the Father is the Giver; the Son is the Gift; and the substance inside the loaf — the life, the Spirit, the very breath of Yahweh — that is what we are told to eat.
Now when Yahshua said this in John chapter six, the disciples were horrified; except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, ye have no life in you (John 6:53); they thought He was talking about cannibalism; they thought He had lost His mind; the text says many of them turned and walked away that day and never came back.
But He clarified two verses later — and the Trinitarian church reads right past this every single time: it is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life (John 6:63); the flesh profiteth nothing; the words — the Spirit — are life.
Yahshua Himself said it; the flesh does not give life; we are not eating physical flesh; we are not drinking physical blood; the Catholics literally turned this verse into a wafer they call the body of Christ because they cannot read; the manna is the Spirit of the Father, mediated to us through the obedient Son; that is what we eat; that is what we hunger for; that is what is hidden from the eyes of Babylon.
HE IS THE STARTER BREAD
Now children, here is where I want you to remember everything I taught you two weeks ago in The Starter Dough; because it is all coming together tonight; there is a picture in this teaching that the modern church has lost — a picture every farmer's wife in 1850 understood instinctively, and every Hebrew baker in the first century lived with daily; the starter.
Before commercial yeast existed — before envelopes of dry powder sat on grocery shelves — every loaf of bread on earth came from a piece of living, breathing starter; a culture of wild yeast and bacteria, kept alive in a clay jar, fed daily, guarded jealously.
When the woman of the house wanted to bake, she did not start from scratch; she tore off a piece of yesterday's living dough, placed it into the new flour and water — and the starter raised the loaf; the starter never died; the starter propagated; one culture, kept alive by faithful feeding, could leaven a thousand loaves across a thousand mornings — because every new loaf carried a piece of the original life inside it.
Now hear this carefully, beloved, because it changes how you read every bread verse in the Word; Yahshua is not a loaf that was eaten and finished; Yahshua is the living starter.
Look at the proof in the Word: but now is Messiah risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept (1 Corinthians 15:20); and He is the head of the body, the assembly: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence (Colossians 1:18); for whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren (Romans 8:29).
Three witnesses; three confirmations; three places in the Renewed Covenant that lock the doctrine; Yahshua is the firstfruits — the first part of the harvest, with more coming; Yahshua is the firstborn from the dead — meaning others would be born from the dead after Him; Yahshua is the firstborn among many brethren — there are many brothers, not one.
The Father took the fullness of His own Spirit and placed it into the obedient Son; the Son lived a sinless life, died, and rose again — not as a finished loaf to be eaten and forgotten, but as the firstfruits, the firstborn, the starter from which every subsequent overcomer would be raised.
And when the overcomer eats the hidden manna, he is not eating dead bread; he is eating starter; your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead; this is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die (John 6:49-50); the wilderness manna died in the body; it nourished for a day and was gone.
But the Bread that came down from heaven — the Bread that is Yahshua, carrying the living Spirit of the Father — that bread does not die when it enters the overcomer; it propagates; it rises; it spreads; it turns the eater into the same kind of bread.
Listen to Paul: for we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread (1 Corinthians 10:17); one bread — not one loaf — one starter; one living culture — passed from the Father, into the Son, into the apostles, into the assemblies, down through the chain of witness for two thousand years, into every soul that has the appetite to eat.
The same life that raised Yahshua from the dead is the same life that the overcomer takes in by the bite, and it is the same life that will one day raise that overcomer from the dead, conformed to the image of the Son who started the whole loaf.
And now hear the verse Babylon never preaches correctly: the kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened (Matthew 13:33); the Kingdom is hidden leaven; hidden starter; hidden manna; same teaching; same picture.
The Father places a piece of the living Son into the soul of the overcomer; and that piece does not stay still; it grows; it rises; it works through the whole lump until every part of the man — body, soul, spirit, mind, will, appetite — is made into the same kind of bread the Son already is; that is what 1 John 3:2 means when it says we shall be like Him; not metaphorically; not sentimentally; literally.
The same starter that raised Him will raise us; the same Spirit that filled Him will fill us; the same Bread He became — we will become — because we are all partakers of that one bread; Yahshua is the firstfruits; we are the harvest; He is the starter; we are the loaves.
And every bite of the hidden manna places more of His living life into us — and that life keeps working, keeps rising, keeps leavening — until the morning the trumpet sounds and the whole lump is finally and forever bread fit for the King's table.
INTERMISSION — TEN-MINUTE BREAK BEFORE HOUR TWO. STAND. STRETCH. DRINK WATER. RETURN HUNGRY.
HOUR TWO — I HAVE MEAT YE KNOW NOT OF
Welcome back, beloved; hour one we set the table — taught you what the manna is, why it was hidden, how Yahshua is the living starter, and how we are being made into the same kind of bread He is; hour two we are going to taste it.
Because there is a moment in John chapter four that the modern church reads right past — and it is one of the most important meals never eaten in the Renewed Covenant; Yahshua had just finished speaking to the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well.
She came at the sixth hour — the heat of the day — the hour the other women avoided; the hour reserved for the woman with five husbands and the man who was not her husband; she came for water; she left without her waterpot, because she had finally tasted something better than water.
The disciples, meanwhile, had walked into Sychar to buy lunch; they came back with bread in their hands and concern on their faces, because their Master looked tired; they held up the food; Master, eat (John 4:31); and Yahshua looked at them — full, satisfied, un-hungry — and said something that should stop every reader cold: I have meat to eat that ye know not of (John 4:32).
Read what happens next, children; it is the most carnal sentence in the entire gospel: therefore said the disciples one to another, hath any man brought him ought to eat? (John 4:33); they thought somebody had snuck him a sandwich.
Hear me, beloved; that is Babylon's hearing; that is the carnal mind in action; they cannot conceive of a category of food they have never tasted; they cannot imagine that the Master is sitting in front of them already filled from a meal they cannot see, cannot smell, and cannot recognize; their minds went immediately to bread and fish — because bread and fish were the only food they understood.
And then Yahshua named the meal: my meat is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish His work (John 4:34); stop; read it again.
The food of the Son was the will of the Father; obedience itself was the bread; doing what Yahweh sent Him to do — that was the sustenance that filled Him; He was not running on calories; He was running on submission; and every act of obedience was another bite of the manna no one else at that well could taste.
This is the answer to a question Babylon never thinks to ask: what does the hidden manna actually taste like? It tastes like obedience.
Let me tell you exactly what it tastes like, children; pay attention; eight tastes — and every one of them is in your reach this week; it tastes like a Sabbath kept when the world says work; it tastes like a feast remembered — Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles — when the world says forget.
It tastes like the sacred name — Yahweh — spoken in reverence when the world says, just call Him Lord, everyone else does; it tastes like the name Yahshua spoken at baptism when Babylon insists on a Latin substitute it never authorized.
It tastes like spitting out a doctrine you were raised on — Trinity, eternal torment, replacement theology, the Sunday counterfeit — because you finally read what the Word actually says, and you cannot un-read it; it tastes like standing in a federal courthouse defending the assembly when the easier road is silence.
It tastes like writing the book, preaching the sermon, recording the broadcast, walking away from the friend who refuses to hear, and feeding the flock that Yahweh actually gave you instead of chasing the crowd that itches for smoother words; it tastes like loving the unawakened Israelite who calls you a cult member, because you remember that you used to be sleeping too.
Every act of obedience is a bite; every bite enlarges the appetite; every enlarged appetite drives the soul deeper into the Word, hungrier for the Father's will, more determined to finish the work; that is the spiritual math of this bread.
The disciples at Sychar had bread in their hands and an empty Master in front of them — and they could not see the meal He had just finished; most of the church today is exactly the same; they show up to the assembly with their Babylonian bread, and they cannot understand why the overcomer at the well looks so full while eating nothing at all; he is not eating nothing; he is eating the will of Yahweh.
And if you want to know what the hidden manna tastes like — start there; start with one act of obedience the world will call foolish; one Sabbath; one feast; one sacred name; one doctrine renounced; one pulpit lie spit out; take a bite; then watch what happens to your appetite.
THE FIRST BITE — AND THE HUNGER THAT FOLLOWS
Now hear me, beloved, because this is the mystery I want every soul in this room to feel in their bones tonight: the more you eat of the hidden manna, the hungrier you get.
Earthly bread fills you up; you eat a meal, you push back from the table, you do not want to look at food for hours; the body is satisfied; the appetite is closed; the bread of Yahweh does the opposite.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled (Matthew 5:6); notice the structure of that verse, children; read it carefully: they hunger and thirst; they are filled; and yet — read the verse — the hunger remains.
Because every bite of the hidden manna enlarges the appetite; every taste of the Spirit makes the soul cry out for more of the Spirit; every glimpse of Yahweh's nature ruins the believer for the husks of this world.
This is why the lukewarm church of Laodicea makes Yahweh sick to His stomach: so then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth (Revelation 3:16); they have just enough manna to think they are full; they nibbled once on a Sunday morning, said the prayer, got the certificate, and walked away — without ever developing the appetite that is the very evidence of life.
Children, hear this — let it settle: the mark of the overcomer is not that he has arrived; the mark of the overcomer is that he is still hungry.
Paul — Paul! — said it himself; this is the Apostle who wrote half the Renewed Covenant; the man who was caught up to the third heaven; the man who saw things lawful for no man to utter; and he said: brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of Yahweh in Messiah Yahshua (Philippians 3:13-14).
Paul had not arrived; Paul was still pressing; Paul was still hungry; and Paul wrote half the Renewed Covenant; if Paul had not yet eaten his fill of the hidden manna — what makes any preacher on television think he has?
BREATHE. WATER. INTERMISSION — TEN MINUTES BEFORE HOUR THREE.
HOUR THREE — OVERCOME WHAT?
Welcome to hour three, beloved; hour one we taught you what the manna is — the Spirit of the Father mediated through the Son; hour two we taught you what it tastes like — obedience, Sabbath, feasts, sacred name, doctrine spit out; hour three is the question every honest soul should be asking by now: overcome what?
The book of Revelation is not vague about this; the thing the saints overcome — the thing they come out of — has a name; Babylon; come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues (Revelation 18:4).
Babylon is not just a city; Babylon is not just a future political system; Babylon is, first and foremost, a religious counterfeit — a system of lies built on top of the truth of Yahweh, designed to look just close enough to the real thing that the unwary cannot tell the difference.
What lies? Children, I am going to name them tonight; six of them; six pieces of moldy Babylonian bread that have been shoved into the mouths of Yahweh's people for two thousand years to dull their appetite for the real thing; pay attention; because every one of these lies has a piece of you caught in it — or somebody you love.
Lie number one — that Yahweh and Yahshua are the same person, and that you must call the Son God or burn forever; that is the Trinitarian lie; that is the lie of Nicea; that is the lie that confused the one Almighty into three persons in one substance and called it a mystery you must not question; the Father is not the Son; the Son is not the Father; the Spirit is the Father's own Spirit, not a separate person; there is one Yahweh, and Yahshua is His obedient Son.
Lie number two — that the Torah was nailed to a cross, and the Father's instructions are now optional; this is the antinomian lie; the lie that makes the Sabbath a suggestion, the dietary laws cultural, the feasts irrelevant; Yahshua said, think not that I am come to destroy the Torah, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill; the Torah was never nailed to anything; the handwriting of ordinances against us — that was nailed; the Father's instructions stand forever.
Lie number three — that Sunday is the Sabbath, that Easter is the Passover, that Christmas is a holy day, and that the names of pagan deities can be sprinkled on the Bread of Life and somehow not poison it; this is the calendar lie; the lie of Constantine; the lie that swapped Yahweh's appointed times for pagan substitutes and dared to call the trade fulfillment; you cannot keep the Sabbath on a different day; you cannot keep the Passover on a different month; you cannot rename pagan festivals and pretend Yahweh did not notice.
Lie number four — once saved, always saved — that you can taste the manna once and then go live like the world and still inherit the Kingdom; that is the eternal-security lie; the lie that says the prayer at the altar is a magic ticket and nothing you do after matters; Hebrews chapter six says you can fall away; Hebrews chapter ten says it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Elohim; the race must be finished — not just started.
Lie number five — that hell is eternal conscious torment, that Yahweh will burn billions of His own children forever, and that this somehow displays His love; that is the most slanderous lie ever told about the Father; Yahweh is a consuming fire — He destroys the wicked, He does not torture them eternally for finite sins; the wages of sin is death, not endless conscious agony; and His mercy endures forever — long enough to reach every soul He ever made and reconcile all things to Himself, just as the Word actually says.
Lie number six — that the church replaced Israel, that the promises to Ephraim were transferred to Gentiles in pews, and that the chain of witness can be broken without consequence; that is the replacement-theology lie; we crushed it last Sabbath; the church did not replace Israel; the church is the awakening Israel; the lost sheep of the House of Israel are coming home — and you are part of them.
Every one of those lies is a piece of moldy Babylonian bread shoved into the mouths of Yahweh's people to dull their appetite for the real thing.
And here is the law of the table that nobody in Babylon wants to preach: you cannot eat both; ye cannot drink the cup of Yahweh, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of Yahweh's table, and of the table of devils (1 Corinthians 10:21); the two breads are mutually exclusive.
The more you fill up on the lies of Babylon, the less you can taste the hidden manna; the more you spit out the lies of Babylon, the more the true bread fills your senses; to overcome is to spit out the counterfeit; that is the whole work; that is the whole race.
Every doctrine you let go of, every tradition you walk away from, every pulpit lie you stop swallowing — that is one more piece of Babylon being expelled from your spiritual gut, and one more inch of room being made in the soul for the bread of Yahweh.
SEEING HIM AS HE IS
And now, beloved — finally, after three hours together — we come to the great promise; beloved, now are we the sons of Yahweh, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2).
As. He. Is. Not as Babylon painted Him; not as Rome carved Him into a marble idol with a halo; not as the medieval painters drew Him with European features and a Roman robe; not as the Trinitarian creeds confused Him into three persons in one substance; as. He. is.
The overcomer eats the manna now — in part, in foretaste, in down payment; who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts (2 Corinthians 1:22); every bite reveals more of who Yahweh actually is; every doctrine of Babylon spit out makes the picture sharper; every commandment kept makes the eyes clearer.
Every Sabbath honored, every feast remembered, every sacred name spoken in reverence — these are not legalism; these are the way the soul learns to taste, and the way the eyes learn to see.
And the day is coming, beloved; at the resurrection; in the moment of incorruption; when the partial bites become the full meal; when the down payment becomes the inheritance; when the dim mirror becomes face-to-face (1 Corinthians 13:12).
When the manna in the bowl, hidden inside the Ark for thousands of years, is opened, and revealed, and shared — and the overcomers sit at the table of the King and eat without veil and without fear; that is when we see Him as He is; that is when we are like Him.
That is when the white stone is placed in our hand, and the new name — the name no man knoweth, the name written by Yahweh Himself for that one specific son — is whispered into the ear of the overcomer alone; the food of the gods; the bread of the sons; the hunger that finally — finally — finds its full satisfaction in the face of the One who has been feeding us all along.
THE CLOSING WORD
So eat, beloved; eat now; eat the Word; eat the Torah; eat the testimony of Yahshua; eat the Sabbath; eat the feasts; eat the truth that costs you friends and family and reputation — because that is the only kind of bread that nourishes the inner man.
And when you have eaten — get hungry again; and when the hunger comes — eat more; spit out the lies of Babylon; walk away from the synagogues of Satan.
Let the lukewarm churches keep their stale crackers and their grape-juice communions and their dead orthodoxy; you were made for better food; you were made for the food of the gods.
And the more you overcome — the more you will be fed; and the more you are fed — the more you will see Him; and one day, when the trumpet sounds and the dead rise and the corruptible puts on incorruption — you will see Him as He is — and you will know, in that moment, that every bite was worth it.
To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna (Revelation 2:17); have an ear? Then hear what the Spirit is saying; and come to the table.
Let us pray; man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Yahweh doth man live (Deuteronomy 8:3).
Summary
This teaching explains the hidden manna as the spiritual nourishment given to overcomers through Yahshua, the living Bread. It presents spiritual growth as a process of increasing hunger and obedience while contrasting true nourishment with the counterfeit doctrines of Babylon. The message calls believers into deeper participation in the life of Yahweh through continual alignment with truth.
