(87) The Messiah & The Magician (Part 7) ZOOM BIBLE STUDY 1/16/26 - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n2-sSPtK8c Transcript: (00:01) We're teaching about the apostolic era of the church or the house of Israel. There was a period of time up until about 100 AD when we could say that that was the apostolic or the apostles era. The church, the eklesia was in good condition. The doctrines were pure. John the Apostle was still alive. (00:33) Uh just left the aisle of Patmas and returned to Ephesus. That era was the purity of the church. And then in about 300 AD, 200 years later, the church went into fullblown apostasy. The Antichrist came on the scene and there was a great falling away from the apostolic truth. If you are a believer in Christ tonight and you've never asked yourself this question, do I believe what the apostles taught? What did they teach? Well, we know what they taught because they passed down their teaching to their disciples. (01:27) And we have the written records of those disciples of Polycarp and Papus. And these men are the true early fathers of the church. Now in right after 100 AD, shortly thereafter, there be to be a a splitting. Everything stays the same, doesn't it? Church splits. We have a church split going on. (01:59) And one group is in Asia, okay? Which is Ephesus, Smyrna, uh all of the Asian churches. But there's another group of Christians that have splintered off to Rome and Constanopoly. So we literally have in the time of the apostles two churches both claiming to be apostolic. Do you know what the word Catholic means? Anybody? >> Universal. >> Universal. Amen. Or apostolic. (02:32) The Catholics claim to be apostolic. So you you've got two churches and both of them are claiming apostolicity. They are claiming to come from the apostles. And so we've spent the past six weeks determining which of those two branches actually came from the apostles. And we found the answer. (03:00) We found out that John the Apostle was the last Zedekite high priest. I don't have time to go into that again tonight. And that he passed the crown or the petal down the line. And we followed. If you want to know who's apostolic, it's very evident. Just study their doctrine. And that's what we are going to pick up on tonight. (03:30) Now, tonight is a tragedy. It starts with a tragedy, but it ends with a great victory. And the tragedy is very sad. When I studied this tragedy, it really was sad because there are two men we're going to talk about tonight. Papus and his contemporary by the name of Irenaeus. Okay? Irenaeus is spelled I R E N A U S. (04:02) Both Papius and Irenaeus were connected to John the Apostle. How? Through Polycarp. Both men Papus and Irenaeus were students of Polycarp. Who was Polycarp? John's successor. They both had the same apostolic teaching that many of you are receiving in this class for the last four years. They all sat under apostolic teaching. (04:39) They sat as close as you could get to Christ himself. After Christ died, Christ handed the church over to John. He handed his own mother over to John the beloved, which was his first cousin. And so, and you'd have to go back to lesson one to because I may have threw some of you out at you to know John was his cousin. (05:05) John the Baptist was his cousin and so was John the Apostle. So, this is his cousin. So, it really is a family business, if you will, a family ministry. He and he turned the family ministry over to his cousin. his cousin wore the authority of apostolic truth, passed it down. So that comes to Papius and Irenaeus. What you're going to find right after Polycarp's death around 130 AD, right after that, there begins to be a split of these two disciples that came from the same ministry, the same pastor, the same apostle, same spirit. They sat under it in the (05:57) same church. But you're going to find out tonight that the wheat and the tears is true and it's always in the church. The twin spirits has existed from Cain and Abel to Ishmael and Isaac all the way through to Christ and Antichrist. There is always been a duality, a duplicity spirit that operates in God's church. (06:27) And it's that way by design and we'll talk about that later. Now, Papus held on faithfully to Polycarp's teachings. Number one, he taught in a literal millennial kingdom on planet Earth. And I we studied last week, we showed it, we proved it from the fragments of his writings that were left. He believed that no one was going to heaven. (07:00) He believed no one was going to leave this planet. He taught that the kingdom of God was coming to earth in the future and would establish a one world government here on planet earth. He was a millennialist. He believed exactly as I believe. He believed that the kingdom of God was not now, but that the kingdom of God was coming. (07:30) He believed that we were in the church age, not the kingdom age. And many people have read the verse of scripture in the New Testament and totally misunderstood it where Jesus Yesua said, "The kingdom of God is within you." And that's where that demonic teaching comes from that the kingdom is already here. It is in us. But you see, Yesua never said those words. (08:02) It is a gross mistransation of the original text. Think about it. Yesua is speaking to who when he says that. Somebody tell me if you've heard me over the years. >> Pharisees. >> Pharisees. He's speaking to vipers, sons of Satan, he called them. So, do you really think he's telling the Pharisees that the kingdom of God is within them? No. The word within is a mistransation. (08:32) Go back and study it. It should say that the kingdom of God is among you or in the midst of you because they were looking for the coming kingdom and the king of that kingdom was right in their face among them in the midst of them and they were looking for a kingdom while overlooking a king. Amen. (08:59) So brothers and sisters, Papus taught what I teach concerning the kingdom of God. That is one of the things that he taught. The next thing that he taught was he expected Yesua to return and establish a physical kingdom here on planet Earth. When I hear prophecy teachers talking about a coming one world government, they're so wrong about that. (09:29) There will never be, you can write this down in your notes, there will never be a one world government ever. There will never be a new world order. All of this is poppycop to the highest degree. All you have to do is go read the book of Daniel. I'm not going there tonight. I've taught it over the years till I'm tired of teaching it. (09:50) Just go read it and you'll find out there'll never be a one world government until that rock comes rolling down the mountain and it destroys all the governments of planet earth and rises up and fills the entire earth with the next one world government. And that government will be made up of people that have given their lives to Christ and endured the suffering of a soldier. (10:21) Those people will be the next rulers of planet Earth. And the Christian church that you're a part of knows nothing about what I just taught you. Nothing. They're clueless. They are clueless of the kingdom of God. They have so emaciated the kingdom as something ethal, something ethal, something intangible. But I promise you tonight, the kingdom of God is not intangible. (10:51) The Bible said that the kingdom is coming with a rod of iron and that every human on planet earth will bow down to that kingdom and be converted into that kingdom by those resurrected saints that have passed the test as overcomers in this life. Blessed be the name of Yahweh. I'm glad that's what I believe tonight. (11:19) What Papus taught. Amen. >> Now we know that Papus was discarded by the Catholic Church. Uh Ucibius the historian said that Papus was smallminded. He said that Papus was stupid. Even though Papius wrote five books. Oh, what I would give, what I would give, what I would give if those books were available today. (11:48) But the Catholic Church made sure they were not available because they deliberately did not copy the writings of Papus called the lost five books. They didn't copy them because they told us last week the Catholics said we didn't they died because we didn't copy them because we didn't like what he was teaching about the kingdom of God. Because the Catholic Church believes they are the kingdom of God. (12:16) So this is sad indeed uh to know these things. He was mocked because he did not believe in a place called heaven. He believed in the kingdom coming to planet earth. Now why was Papus rejected? Because he held on to what John taught. He refused to allegorize the kingdom. He knew it was physical. He knew it was a government of saints. (12:50) He knew that these kings and priests would govern this planet. And he would not give in on that. He preserved the true teachings of the apostles. But what about the other man, Erynaeus, his contemporary, the man that sat on the pew next to Papius? First of all, Irenaeus was born in Smyrna. Polycarp, that's the town Polycarp was from. (13:23) So Smyrna is, you know, they both lived there together. Irenaeus grew up all of his life hearing Polycarp preach. Irenaeus said he remembered the very place where Polycarp sat and taught the word. Irenaeus claimed to receive apostolic tradition through Polycarp. So far so good. But then Irenaeus did something and I need you to listen. Irenaeus according to history his only mistake was that he moved away from Smyrna. (14:06) He moved away from his apostle. He moved away from his teacher and he moved west. He moved to a place called Rome. Irenaeus the man that sat down with the apostles moved to Rome and then after Rome he moved to Gaul which was in France he became the bishop of the Catholic church the bishop of lion l yo n you can search all of this yourself never believe anything I teach study this on your own now I want to show you in 190 A now this is after Polycarp's death and now we're coming into that Antichrist era of the church, the great falling (15:01) away. That's not going to happen. It happened thousands of years ago. Everybody missed it while they're still waiting for it. If anybody tells you a great falling away is coming, they're 2,000 years late. That falling away came and you're not going to believe what caused the great falling away of the church. (15:26) It was one issue and one issue only. That issue was called before, let let me say it this way, before this issue arose, the church in Asia and the church in Rome were in fellowship. This is important. Even though they had differences, they still fellowshipped one another. They were in uh communion together, if you will. (16:06) They still got together for services. Yes, they were different, but there had not yet remember the Catholic Church did not yet have the power and the authority that was growing slowly. So during this time 190 AD still in that window up until that point they were in fellowship until 190 and a great controversy arose and it brought devastation to the Christian church. (16:47) It's called the qutoesimon controversy. Anybody know what the word quarto means? Go ahead and tell me. >> You said, wouldn't it 14? The >> 14. Put that in your notes. The quto 14 decimal. And this is what destroyed the fellowship of the Christian church, if you will. What was the controversy over the 14th day of the first month? >> Passover. (17:26) >> Amen. The 14th day of the first month is when Yesua kept the Passover. It's when all the apostles apostolic kept the Passover. It's when John kept the Passover. It's when Polycarp kept the Passover. It's when P all of the Asian churches were holding on to the 14th day of the first month. That's when they kept Passover. (17:54) So what was the dilemma? Well, the dilemma was the Catholic Church over in the West in Rome. They had decided that that was too Jewish. Anti-semitism was born in the Catholic Church. They wanted nothing to do with Christ killers. Okay? They were too foolish to know that somebody had to kill Christ. And Yahweh blinded the eyes of these Jewish people so they would do it. (18:27) So that you and I, the lost tribes, could come back to the covenant. But they didn't have that revelation, that understanding. So they hated the Jews. That's where anti-semit that's why during the days of Hitler the Catholic Church supported him. Oh yes, go watch the movie I just watched uh Nuremberg. Just go watch Nuremberg when they went to the Holy Sea after the Holocaust and spoke with the Pope and it's in the movie what he said. (19:02) He was in full support of Nazi and Hitler. Full support of him. He felt like Hitler was doing God a service. The Pope did getting rid of all those detestable Jews. You don't have to believe me, honey. You can go study it for yourself. I'm showing you where anti-semitism was born. It was in the church. And that's why Tucker Carlson and and uh Candace Owen, all these Christians that are all Catholic, Amen. (19:37) You can follow that spirit all the way back, honey. It's not dead. Do you understand? It's more alive today than it's ever been. And so the controversy came up to get rid of Passover. The Pope said, "We're going to create another holiday. We want nothing to do with Passover. We're creating something called Easter. We're going to do it on Sunday. (20:07) Even though Jesus did not rise on Sunday, it's heartbreaking to know how many Christians think Christ rose from the dead Sunday morning." Oh, contrary. Rose from the dead Saturday evening. at the end of the Sabbath. And by the time they got there during the night on Sunday, the Bible said he was already gone. (20:26) It didn't say he got up on Sunday morning. Said he was already gone when they got there on the first day of the week. Oh, the the church has led the people into these lies for so long that they we we just bought it hook, line, and sinker. And so the Catholic Church said, "We're going to Easter, not Passover." That is called the Corto Desimon controversy. (20:55) Now, uh, let me see if I can find this quote. Give me one second. Um, see if I can find this for y'all. Give me one second. I hope I can. Let's see. I think this is it. Bear with me. I got in here late and tried to throw all this together. Okay, I think this is it. Yeah, this is it. Let's read it together. (21:26) This is a quote from Polycrates, a historian and who uh a man that followed Polycarp that kept the true apostolic faith. This is what he said about that controversy. He wrote to the pope and said, "We observe the exact day. We don't add to it. We don't take away. For in Asia, great lights have fallen asleep. Among these are Philip the apostle, one of the 12, and moreover John, who was both a witness and a teacher, who reclined on the bosom of the Lord, and he was a priest that wore the crown or the petal, which was the Zedekite (22:20) high priest. He also fell asleep at Ephesus. And then Polycarp, he's calling all these people great lights in Asia. Polycarp fell asleep. And then bishop and martyr from then Sagaras and Paprius and Malito. All of these Mr. Pope All of these Mr. Pope observed the 14th day of the Passover according to the gospel deviating in no respect but following the rule of faith. (23:09) He said the 14th day of the first month is the gospel and it's the rule of faith. Are you reading this? This was a true disciple of Polycarp. And then he said, I therefore, brethren, he called the pope, brethren at that point, who have lived 65 years in the Lord, am not afraid by your terrifying words. For those greater than I have said, we ought to obey God rather than man. Hallelujah. (23:49) That was Polycrates of Ephesus. Oh, I I just feel like screaming. I'm one of them. Hallelujah. Woo. Thank you, Father. Oh, that resonates in my spirit. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Father. Polycrati said to the pope of Rome. We don't do it that way here. Now let's talk about Irenaeus a little more. Irenaeus when he moved to Gaul presided over the council in the Catholic Church. (24:26) And that council called the Cenod of Gaul ruled. It was that council that made a ruling that Easter must be celebrated on Sunday and not Nissan or Abib 14th, the first day, 14th day of the first month. Irenaeus, by the way, you remember Irenaeus, right? Disciple of whom? Talk to me. Help me. (24:56) Make sure you're listening. >> Polycarp. >> He was Polycarp. Two men, Papius and Irenaeus, right? One's over there keeping the 14th and one is presiding over the Catholic Cenod of Gaul, voting to change it >> because he left the apostle. >> He left the apostle. He moved away. Hallelujah. He left his teacher. He left the voice that had brought him truth and moved into the west. (25:29) He wanted to go to the bigger church. He wanted to go where there was compromise. And therefore, Irenaeus voted with the Roman senade for the exclusive use, listen to this, of the Roman calendar. You listen to me and listen well. You'll always know you're on your way back to Babylon when you get on the wrong calendar. (25:52) Always hear what I just told you now. Oh yeah. Oh, you need to read my book, When Time Tells Truth. You'll always know you're coming out of Babylon when you change calendars. And you'll always know you're going back when you change back to the Roman calendar. And here is Irenaeus voting to to discontinue that Zeta priestly calendar and to adopt a Roman calendar for the entire church. (26:26) Now Irenaeus no longer agreed with his pastor's teaching. Irenaeus thought, listen to this carefully, that his pastor was being too legalistic. Irenaeus thought polycarp was swallowing over a knat or swallow how's it go swallowing a camel something like that old saying and Irenaeus thought that in order to bring the church together we've got to move past this legalism demanding that it be done a certain way on a certain day. (27:13) Hallelujah. Irenaeus reached the conclusion that Easter had to be celebrated on a Sunday even though the Bible said to do it on the 14th day of the first month. Now, um I want to read this to you. This comes from a Catholic source. I'll let you read it on the screen right along with me. Never believe anything I teach. (27:41) I can back it up with the book and with history. Let's read this together. This is what the pope said concerning Irenaeus. He preferred the Roman way. He appealed to sanity and gentleness, not to make I hope you read what I'm fixing to tell you. He voted not to make mountains out of mold hills when it comes to legitimate differences in lurggical practice. (28:27) This is what was written about Irenaeus that he simply wanted to keep the peace of the church and he didn't want to make mountains out of mobiles. I mean the 14th day. Really? Come on. We're celebrating Christ. We can do it every day. Hallelujah. Oh, that snake slithers in. compromise. >> It never changes. The more things change, the more they stay the same. (29:02) Did you catch that phrase? Irenaeus. Now, Papius was doing what? Making a mountain out of a mold. Irenaeus didn't want to do that. He wanted to choose. Notice that he preferred gentleness and sanity. Mm. gentleness and sanity. That's how that was a Catholic quote I just gave you about Irenaeus. He preferred the Roman view. (29:39) He considered the date of Passover a molehill. And I want to tell anyone watching me tonight, those that's going to watch the replay on YouTube, how many of you have thought we're just making mountains out of mole hills over here. Well, sign me up. Hallelujah. That snake will slither in your mind and say it's just a date. (30:14) I mean, after all, Sunday or Nissan the 14th, we're both celebrating Christ. You can celebrate Christ all day long, but if you don't do it according to the word, the Bible said, "In vain do they worship me, for they do it after the commandments of men rather than the commandments of God. Yes, they worship me. (30:43) But there's coming a day when the father will find true WORSHIPPERS THAT WILL NOT ONLY WORSHIP me in spirit, but they will worship me according to spirit and truth. Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. Irenaeus thought the biblical calendar, you know, all this talk about calendars, was a molehill. That's what Irenaeus thought. He thought that what John taught versus what Christianity preferred was a molehill. He preferred the Roman view. (31:26) Say that with me. He preferred the Roman view. That's what the Catholics That's what the Catholics say about Irenaeus. He preferred >> the Roman view. And I wonder how many of us have preferred the Roman view. Let's not make mountains out of molehill. They said he appealed to gentleness. (31:50) Do you hear that? Do you hear what I just said? His preaching style was more gentle. It wasn't like Pastor Von's all that mountains and mole hills and and and tough and rough. No, he he preferred gentleness. He preferred for us all to get a just get along. Now listen, if there's anything that I've always believed that when the voice of truth comes into your life, it's going to confuse your confusion. (32:26) Everything you thought you knew will suddenly start to feel like confusion. And if you're not careful, you'll begin to think the voice of truth is bringing you confusion. No, no, no. The voice of truth is confusing your confusion. Hallelujah. Oh, that's when you got to say, YOU KNOW WHAT? SCRATCH ME, LORD. (32:54) Wipe my slate clean. I know nothing at this moment. And if anything I've ever believed does not line up with apostolic truth, I'll surrender it. And I will not build the altar of pride, I will surrender it to truth. After all, you will not rule and reign with Christ unless you do it in spirit and in truth. That woman told Christ, "Our father's worships, your fathers worship on this mountain. (33:24) Y'all go to Listen to what that woman told him. Y'all worship in the Baptist church. We worship in the Pentecostal church. It's all worship. And Yeshua said, "You're right. That's not what the father desires. The day will come when you will no longer worship me in the Baptist church, the Pentecostal church, but you will worship. (33:50) He will bring forth true worshippers that will worship in spirit and truth. That's the hour we're living in. The people in this congregation. Oh, hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, for this full house tonight. Yahweh sending in now. I think we just hit over 200. That's about 600, 700 people. Listen to me. (34:15) Yahweh is raising up a people in this hour that is hungry for truth. And this was Irenaeus's mistake. He hungered for fellowship instead of truth. And some of you watching me, you'll find yourself in that same place if careful you're not. You'll desire the fellowship of the club more than the truth and you go back to Babylon. But brothers and sisters, here's what they don't tell you. (34:50) When you don't protect the molehill, you'll lose the mountain. Be careful. >> Amen. >> Be careful what you call a molehill because the mountain is made up of mole hills. And if you don't protect the molehill, you will lose the whole mountain. Think about what happened. What? Let's go through it. What happened after Irenaeus compromised on the 14th day of the first month? Let me ask you, how many of you watching me right now will come together to worship on the 14th day of the first month for Passover? If you don't, you're not (35:38) apostolic. I love you. Have no harm in my heart against any of you. But I must TELL YOU THE TRUTH. YOU'RE NOT WORSHIPING IN TRUTH. You're worshiping in spirit. You see, when you're worshiping in spirit, that's why you can't be taught nothing because you're confused because you can feel the spirit. Oh yes, you lift. Pastor, don't tell me. (36:04) I felt my God. I know it. My God. Of course you felt him. Do you know why you felt him? Because when the rain begins to fall, it falls on the just and the unjust. It falls on those living right and those not living right. THERE'S DECEPTION IN YOUR SPIRIT. But when you come to truth, it will drive out the deception of your spirit. (36:32) Because if it don't line up with the apostolic truth, it is deception. After he compromised on the molehill, after he compromised on Passover, guess what they compromised on next? They moved the Sabbath to Sunday. After they rejected the biblical calendar, next they rejected they rejected. Remember, they did not start off rejecting all the feasts. (37:06) They were simply, please listen, the Catholic Church did not reject all the feast. They kept Pentecost. They didn't even reject Passover. They just changed the day. They were still keeping Passover on Sunday, Easter Sunday. They were celebrating the death, burial, and resurrection. We've invented something new. But they did it without apostolic authority. (37:37) They did it without biblical authority. They did it without truth. And then after they changed the day, before long they're keeping none of the feast. After they abandoned these Jewish practices, then they rejected all Jewish identity whatsoever. And once they decided not to make mountains out of mole hills, then they set the entire Torah aside. (38:10) Do you see the progression? Passover was the molehill. I'm proud to tell you tonight that I do make mountains out of mole hills. Passover is a molehill. Once they compromised on Passover, you see the Catholic Church fell from truth over the day, over a day, over the 14th day of the first month. (38:37) And do you know what happened when they was talking about changing the date? I'll read it to you in just a moment. It's going to blow your mind what happened. And so now, if we don't have to keep Passover on the 14th day of the first month, why keep any biblical date? Let's just God knows our heart. Let's just worship him on a new schedule. (39:00) He knows we love him. We don't want to be legalistic like those people, you know, where they have to dot the eye and cross the tea and, you know, obey. those poor legalists having to obey the word. It's amazing to me how the new word for obedience is legalism in God's church. Oh, hallelujah. Won't be long after they change the day, then they didn't keep any of them. (39:33) If we can change the calendar, hey, let's change the Sabbath, too. If Jewish practice don't matter, get rid of the Torah. And if John's teaching can be overruled, why preserve any apostolic teaching? You know, Irenaeus, he wasn't a horrible man. He wasn't an evil man. He was a good Christian. He was a bishop. He He loved the Lord. (40:00) You'll never find anyone walking in rebellion that doesn't love the Lord. Oh, God, no. They all love the Lord. They just don't love the truth. >> Pastor, lest we forget, >> those liberals were soon soon burning people at the stake. >> Absolutely. And and one reason because they were making mountains out of mole hills. (40:29) You know, if we was to go talk to Irenaeus today, if we could, he would probably say these words. Look, I wasn't trying to abandon the faith. I was just being practical. People have to work on the 14th day of the first month. That's on a Tuesday night. That's on a Tuesday. People's at work, okay? We We don't live in that world anymore. People's at work. (40:54) I'm just being practical. I'm not being I wasn't trying to destroy the church. I was trying to uh uh uh accommodate for people. Listen to me. God's true people don't accommodate for people. We accommodate to the word. Whatever it says, that's what we calibrate to. Not our society, not our convenience, but we calibrate to the word. (41:22) He would probably say it was not worth dividing the church over a date. And he would probably say unity is more important than calendars. Polycarp kept Nissan the 14th. He would admit that. Do you know Irenaeus admitted that Polycarp taught him to do it on the 14th? Think about that. But he said these words, "Times have changed. (41:51) " If I hear one more person tell me times have changed. Do you think I'm dumb? You think I don't know times have changed? But the problem is I didn't swear my allegiance to time. I swore it to the word of Yahweh. I don't care how much times have changed. The word never changes and neither does my creator. >> Hallelujah. >> Polycarp said we're going to have church on Sunday for good reasons. (42:18) We can get more people to church. Isn't that the goal, brother Von? To fill up the church. Don't we want more people? No. That's more problems. What we want is more saints, not people. And saints want to walk in obedience to the word. We're not trying to fill up the church. We're trying to fill up the measure of the fullness of the stature of the man Christ Jesus, Yeshua, the Messiah. (42:49) Hallelujah. Hallelujah. without having no pack of pew night cuz that's nothing but packing more problems in the church. He thought he was keeping the peace. Irenaeus wasn't evil. He thought he was being a bridge builder. He thought the date was not the hill to die on. But what he don't know, Holly Karp died on that hill. (43:19) At 86 years old, with flames all around him, he refused to compromise. Oh yes, the mole hill is worth dying on. Polycarp died on it. Polycarp died on it. Brothers and sisters, it's still happening today. Listen to the modern voices. some in this very class right now that says, "Pastor, that all sounds good, but don't make the Sabbath a salvation issue." Come on. (43:48) Don't Don't make it in that important. Listen, pastor. Yes, I know the Sabbath is the seventh. Yes, we know. We know. But we just prefer the Roman view. Yes, the feasts are beautiful, Pastor Von. They are. They're beautiful, but they're not required. We're in the new covenant. None of that's required anymore. (44:21) Now, if you want to add it to your calendar and do all the others plus that, that's sweet. That's precious. Isn't that beautiful? We're not under the law. We're under grace. Let's focus on what unites us, Pastor Von, not what divides us. You listen to me and you listen to Well, I would rather be united in truth than divided in error. (44:46) Or I'd rather be divided in truth than united in error. Why? Because I plan on ruling and reigning with Christ. I plan on governing right next to him. And I plan on doing it the way he did it. And I plan on walking the path he walked. I plan on taking up my CROSS AND FOLLOWING THE STEPS HE WALKED DOWN. (45:07) AH, YOU CAME TOO LATE TO CONVINCE ME THAT compromise pays well. It does not. BUT TRUTH IS AN anchor of the soul. Hallelujah. >> Father, >> hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. It's the same spirit of compromise and it always leads to the same place. Full apostasy. Here's what Irenaeus did not understand. There are no mole hills in Yahweh's word. Every commandment matters. (45:42) Every holy day matters. Every detail of the calendar matters. Every instruction Yahweh give matters. Read for me, Elder. Matthew chapter 5 verse 19. The next time your pastor tells you that these commandments we can just get by without them. I I want you to read this one verse to him. Just just read it. When he tries to tell you Yesua came and did away with the law and the commandments, just read him this and watch your pastor lose his tongue. (46:21) Read it. >> Amen. Whosoever therefore shall break one of the least of the commandments and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven. >> Who said those words? Elder >> Yesua. Yeshua himself said, "If anybody if look if they tell you to ignore the molehill, it's those that pay attention to the mole hill that will be greatest in the kingdom of God. (46:55) It's those that that pay attention to the mole hill that will stand on the mountain." In the book of Revelation, he said, "I looked on the Mount Zion and I saw 144,000 that followed the word wherever he went." That if you if YOU WANT TO STAND ON THAT MOUNTAIN, you better pay attention to that molehill. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. (47:27) Do you see what happened? Polycarp learned from John. >> He kept the 14th day of the first month till his death at age 86. Irenaeus learned from Polycarp. He abandoned the 14th day of the first month and voted against it within one generation. Polycarp. Do you know what he told the pope of Rome before he died? He said, "I cannot change. (47:54) " Listen to what Polycarp said to the Christian church. See, Polycarp wasn't a Christian. Oh, no, no, no. Polycarp was an apostolic Israelite. He told the church in Rome that was Christian. Here's what he said. I cannot change what I've always observed with John, the disciple of our Lord. I cannot change it. They wanted Polycarp on their side. (48:22) He said, "I LOVE YOU, BRETHREN. I cannot change truth, nor will I. And I'm willing to die on that molehill so that I can stand on that mountain." John said, "I looked on Mount Zion out of I looked on Mount Zion and on that mountain was 144,000 that had never defiled themselves with Rome. (49:01) They had never defiled themselves with the woman Babylon. But they had no GUILE IN THEIR MOUTH. UH THEY FOLLOWED the word wherever it went. Uh whatever it said. And I've come to PREACH TO SOMEBODY TONIGHT. IF YOU PLAN on standing on the mountain, you better focus on the mole hill. Hallelujah. Blessed be God. One generation is all it took, children. (49:38) One generation. Let me say it plainly. When you give an inch on the 14th day of the first month, if you're watching me tonight, you listen to me, and you call yourself an Israelite, and you're not standing on Mount Zion with these lambs that you're looking at right here, you don't come into a holy convocation away from your own household join together with the house of Israel to come and be counted among the assembly on that holy convocation. (50:14) If you do not do that, uh you are not an Israelite and you will soon abandon everything. You can sit there and ignore me, but you can't unhear me because I come to tell you according to the word on that night, you're together with the whole house of Israel physically in bodily form to present yourself as one of the lambs of Yahweh. (50:45) And we're getting close to that time right now. It's coming, children. It's coming where you will draw your line in the sand. What side you stand on, you will soon make your decision known to the world who you are and what seed you are of. Serpent seed or Yah seed, the proof will be in where you find your moleill. Hallelujah. You don't give one inch. (51:17) You don't give one inch. That's the path. The path back to Babylon is giving an inch. Irenaeus gave that inch and soon he was the bishop of Rome of lion. And within a few generations if he would have stood for the 14th day of the first month, the Catholic Church might be serving Yahweh today in spirit and truth. One man that made one decision not to focus on a mole heel. (51:48) preaching to somebody tonight. My heart's reaching out to somebody tonight. I come to tell you, you know too much. I come to tell you, you've been given a pearl of great price. Oh, hear the warning of your pastor. You've been given a pearl OF GREAT PRICE. IT'S NOT up to you how you're going to do it. The book told you how to do it. (52:09) Your instructions are plain. The mole hill is plain. What we must do, children. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This is why the 14th day of the first month is my line in the sand. It's why we will never at First Harvest Ministries compromise on the biblical calendar. It's why we will not never celebrate Easter ever. (52:36) We know what church that came from. That's why we will never say these words. It doesn't matter. Those words will never come out of this ministry's mouth because it does matter. The day truth no longer means everything is the day. It no longer means anything. It Somebody say it does matter. Truth matters. Hallelujah. >> Truth matters. (53:03) >> Matters. >> Polycarp understood it. He said, "I cannot change what I've always saw. Now, do you know who was honored in church history? Does anybody know which of those two men was honored in church history? Papus or Irenaeus? >> You didn't even know the name Papus before this lesson. No, you didn't even know the name. (53:34) But everybody's heard of Irenaeus. He was honored by the church. If you want to be honored by the church, don't make mountains out of mole hills and you'll receive honor because Irenaeus compromised. Papus refused to. Irenaeus moved west and adapted to the church. Irenaeus joined religion. And that's why this teaching matters. (54:05) You can be one generation from truth and still fall away. Irenaeus saw Polycarp, heard Polycarp, remembered Polycarp, and wrote about Polycarp and still abandoned everything Polycarp taught. You know what he said? Oh, I love Polycarp. Thank God he was my pastor. He was a great man. Boy, he could preach. But have you obeyed him? Irenaeus. (54:34) Oh, he brought me truth. I'M THANK GOD FOR my pastor, he said. But have you obeyed him, Erynaeus? Or did you let it go in one ear and out the other and say, "There he goes again making mountains out of mole hills. It don't really matter if I physically show up. Don't let it happen to me. Lord Papius held fast. (55:07) He was called stupid for it. What do you want to be? What do you want to be? You want to be the one that honored the institution of the church or the one that held on to truth? I know exactly what what and where I want to be. I know exactly who I want to be. I know exactly where I'm supposed to be standing. And that's on the molehill called truth. (55:39) I'm not going to go much longer tonight, but I do want to touch on a few more things and and see if we can see this in our mind and follow this to the very end. I want to talk about these faithful witnesses that stayed with truth while Polycarp and Papus was still alive. The battle lines were drawn. Let me read to you if I can find it. (56:12) Bear with me. Praise the Lord. So many graphics here that I'm trying to locate. Can't find it. I'll read it to you. I want to read to you what Polycarp did. Polycarp visited Rome in 154 AD. At 80s something years old, he got on a boat and rode over to Rome. He was going to see the Pope. And I'm going to give you a quote from none other than Irenaeus. (56:49) Whatever that is, let's kill it, please. Irenaeus wrote, "And when the blessed Polycarp and listen, do you hear how he's talking about Polycarp? Blessed Polycarp, yes he loved Polycarp was at Rome at the time of Anetus the Pope and they disagreed a little about certain other things. But they made peace with one another and no longer wanted to quarrel over the matter. (57:24) For Anticetus could not convince Polycarp not to observe what had always been observed with John the disciple of the Lord. Listen to that carefully. Anticidus the Pope spent that time with Polycarp trying to convince Polycarp to stop making mountains out of Mobile. Polycarp we're in fellowship. Don't divide that fellowship. (57:54) Don't destroy the church over this issue. But Irenaeus said Anticus could not succeed in convincing Polycarp of those things. And neither, listen to this, neither could Polycarp persuade Aniseus to observe the Passover. As he said, and said, listen to these words, that he ought to follow the customs of the prespits that had preceded him rather than the teachings of John. (58:47) He said it was better for him Here we go. There we go. I found it. It was better for him to honor the customs that had been handed to him by the previous bishops of the church. There it is. That's the quote from Irenaeus. That's exactly the quote. Anetus would not leave the customs of the prespits before him to return to truth. (59:22) Pastor, how could that be, pastor? How? I'll tell you how. The same way people come to you and show you the Sabbath is the seventh day of the week. And you know what you tell them? Well, I know, but this is just the way we've always done it. We better stick to the customs of the prespitators of the church. See, don't judge. (59:47) Don't judge anus. He was just trying to keep peace in the church. He said we ought to follow the customs of the prespits. Read for me Matthew 15 and3. Elder Morgan, I'm going to show you right now the most powerful thing in the world is not the word of God. There is something more powerful than God's word in your life. (1:00:19) You know what it is? Your mama's word. Oh, pastor, you've lost your mind. All right, let's read it in the book, shall we? Do you know what's more powerful in your life than the word of God? Your daddy's word. the church you grew up in. Read it. >> Amen. And Yeshua answered and said to them, "Why do you also transgress the commandments of Yahweh by your tradition?" >> Your tradition. (1:00:55) What did Anaus tell Polycarp? It is better for us to keep the traditions of the prespitators than the word of Yahweh. Yes, I know the Bible says do it on the 14th day, but that's not how our tradition does it. Verse six, and honor not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God, of Yahweh, of non effect by your tradition. (1:01:32) You have made the word of God completely powerless because what your mama said is more powerful than what your Bible says. You've destroyed the word because of your traditions. You will not Anise would not listen to Polycarp. Have you ever wondered why people don't listen to you? Anetas would listen to Polycarp. you know, and he and what's surprising to me, he told him why he wouldn't listen to him. (1:02:07) Sister Dickman, he said, "We better keep the customs of the church." Sister Samantha, when I read that, I thought, "My God, Polycarp was the disciple of John." Polycarp had scripture. Polycarp had Leviticus 23, Exodus 12, where it told you when to keep the Polycarp had the apostolic witness from John. He had the example of Yeshua. (1:02:40) Polycarp had the word. What did Anetus have? The traditions of the church. No scripture, no apostolic command, no word from Yesua, just tradition. That is all he had. Now let me show you what happened in 190 AD. Now after anus died, the next pope comes on the throne, victor of Rome. And here the fellowship between the two churches is about to come to a screeching halt. (1:03:19) Polycarp's dead. Anetus is dead. Papius is still alive, I believe. No, Papius may be dead by now. 90. But all those lights of Asia are dead and Polycarp was unsuccessful in saving the Catholic Church from changing Passover. And so Victor of Rome made a ruling. Here we go. I'll read it to you here on the screen. (1:03:53) Here's what he said. Watch it carefully. An enraged victor employed the nuclear option, denouncing the churches of Asia Minor as heterodox and declaring all the brethren there excommunicated. He just excommunicated John's disciples. Polycarp's disciples. He just excommuned Polycrates. Why? Why did he execute Polycraties? Because Polycrates wrote him back when they demanded that they keep Easter. (1:04:50) He wrote him back and said these words that I read to you a moment ago. POLYCARRATES WROTE HIM BACK AND SAID, "WE OBSERVE the 14th day just like Philillip, just like John and just like uh Polycarp." And he said, "Brethren, 65 years I've been in the Lord. I'm not afraid of you, Victor of Rome, by your terrifying words of excommunication. (1:05:17) For greater than I have said, we ought to obey God rather than man, the Catholic Church excommunicated the true church. Just like Cain excommunicated Abel. Anybody awake tonight? Is your spirit man awake? >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. Hallelujah. had to preach. >> Cain excommunicated Abel. (1:05:44) Why? Because Abel brought a more perfect sacrifice. He did it by the word. He brought the blood and the lamb. Oh, but Cain brought worship. Oh, but no truth. No truth. No truth. No truth. No truth. I want y'all to think about what we just said. He exccommunicated the Asian churches. that comes from Philip the apostle, John the Apostle, uh uh uh Polycarp, uh uh Papius, uh uh Ignatius, Polycrates, all excommunicated. (1:06:20) Did you hear me? They they are the church. They've got the petalon, the crown of the Zetakite authority. My God. Brothers and sisters, I'm not going to go through all the changes. My time is gone. But I do want to touch on one more thing. As soon as they got rid of Passover, they got rid of Sabbath. This all happened after Victor excommunicated everybody. (1:06:52) There was no more voices of truth in the church. Now remember, we're at 190 AD. Nika is still what 130 years away. Do you see what I you see the progress we started everything that happened at Na started because of Passover and then after they changed the Sabbath to Sunday then they changed the water baptism formula from in the name of Christ to the name Father Son and Holy Ghost. (1:07:23) See what let me tell you what happens when you quit focusing on mole hills. You'll slide down the hill. You understand? And now baptism is changed. And then trinity is created at the council of Nya. You see? And then the millennium is done away with. And then Torah turns into lawlessness at the council of Nya. And there you go, brothers and sisters. (1:07:50) That was the completion of apostasy. Let's read to you in 380 AD the next pope Theodosius or a preceding pope what he had to say. You got to read this honey. This going to make the hair stand up on the top of your head. I'm going to show you what happens when you just compromise on the 14th day of the first month. (1:08:18) That one compromise will bring you all the way back to Babylon. Won't be long when you stop showing up for holy days. Won't be long when you need to pray about it to see if you need to go. Won't be long. You ain't got to pray about obeying God ever. You ain't got to say, "God willing. He's more than will." I hate when somebody I say you're going to be at Passover. (1:08:37) Lord willing. What are you talking about? Well, of course the Lord's willing. Anyway, let me get off of that little mole hill I'm on right there. Praise God. By the end of the 4th century, the transformation was complete. 360 AD, Theodosius said, "It is our desire that all the various nations which are subject to our clecy and moderation should continue to profess that religion which was delivered to the Romans by Peter. (1:09:13) " According to the apostolic teaching, they're liars. Peter was never their first pope. But anyway, let us believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in equal Oh, I hate that word, equal majesty. How can you have equal majesty when the Son said, "The Father is greater than I am." How is that equal majesty? Anyway, let me get off that little molehill. (1:09:37) and believe in a holy trinity, we authorize anyone that believes that to assume the title of Catholic Christians. But as for the others, But as for the others, since in our judgment they are foolish mad men, we decree that they, those Asian churches, shall be branded with the ignominous name of heretics. (1:10:14) I'm one of them. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. That's what the Catholic Church said you are. You are mad men. You are mad men. But here's what I want to do now because my time is over. I got nine minutes left. Now I want to start a journey that's taken me this long to get to. Who took the crown from Papus? Well, a group of people called the Nazarines. (1:10:53) I want to read to you a quote about the Nazarines that lived in the first through the 4th century. Now, y'all got to pay attention to this. This is the people that carried the truth from Papus in the Asian churches. They were known as the Nazarines. Let's read it. Jerome wrote, "They believe in Christ," talking about the Nazarenes, the son of God, born of the Virgin Mary. (1:11:28) And they say that he who suffered under Ponteus Pilate and rose again is the same as the one that we believe in. He's a Catholic. Jerome is a Catholic. He's saying there's a group of people that believe in Christ just like us, but while they pretend to be both Jews and Christians, they are neither. In the first century, Jerome tells us about a group of people that's a lot like first harvest. (1:12:06) Are they Christians or are they Jews? They believe in Christ. So they're not really Jewish. Come on, anybody? They're not really Jewish. We don't know what they are. They call them the Nazarines. They They're not quite Christian. And but he said they're all over the place. When you read this letter, I didn't pull up the whole quote, but he tells, he said, "They're everywhere. (1:12:36) " He said, "And they're over in the Asian country." And he said, "They're neither Jew nor Christian. They don't fit into either category. But they believe in the man. They believe in the man just like we do. But they just they think they're Jewish, but they're not Jews. My God, I'm one OF THEM. I'M ONE OF THEM. (1:13:01) MY GOD, I'M ONE OF THEM. I I'm one of them. I'm one of these people. Whoever them Nazarines are because I'm not quite Jewish and I'm not quite Christian, but I believe in Jesus Christ, Yeshua, the Messiah, as my savior, my redeemer. Hallelujah. I'm just one of whatever them Nazarines were. >> Hallelujah. >> Wow. >> I'm one of them. (1:13:24) Now, after the Nazarines left the scene, they passed the Petalon to another man. I'm going to introduce you to that man tonight and help you to understand your heritage and then I'll close for the night. The man that wore the Petalon after the Nazarines. Now, we don't know who led the Nazarene, so we don't know who wore the crown. (1:13:58) There was not much history there as to who their leader was. We don't know. But we know shortly after the Nazarenes, the historical record picks up on a man that I want to introduce you tonight. And this man name was Audius. A U D I U S. This is an overlooked chain of faithful witness. They were called, his followers were called the audience. (1:14:36) A U D I A Ns. Okay. Now I want to tell you a little bit about Audius. uh he was born in Syria, Mesopotamia in a place called Adessa. He was a prespter under the bishop of Antioch. And this was in the 4th century around 368 AD. Someone tell me what that date follows very closely behind. 325 AD. Right. (1:15:16) So, do you see we're in that period where the church has had a great falling away? There is a man by the name of Audius that lives during that time. Let me tell you what Audius was. He was a quto desc. All of his followers continued to keep Passover. Now remember this is this is after uh Council of Nika when it was all ruled illegal. (1:15:48) He's still keeping it according to John's teaching. And then all of his followers, the audience continued to practice Passover on the 14th day of Nissan. Let me tell you what else Audian was. He was a seventh day Sabbathke keeper. He was also a literalist. He literally believed in Genesis 1:27 that when it says that man was made in Yahweh's image, he believed that that was literal. (1:16:24) Now, let me show you what his followers, the audience, what they believed because we have this from historical records. I'm going to let you see it with your own eyes. The audience believed and they accused the Catholic Church of this. Thank God for history. Bear with me. Let me stop. Try that again. Whip. All right, we'll try this one more time. (1:17:05) There we go. Arius preached that the church had abandoned the fathers. Haskell right in Constantine's time. He said that they had abandoned the fathers from deference to the emperor and modified the day of the 14th of Nissan to suit the emperor. This is what the audience and audience himself preached that the church had abandoned the fathers when they abandoned Passover. (1:17:46) I accuse the Christian church today of the same thing. This is my accusation. If the Christian church has abandoned Passover, you have abandoned the fathers. I'm an audience. I'm an audience. That's who I am. I'm an audience. Okay. Audius preached that they had abandoned the fathers to please Constantine and he said that they were not following the scriptures and they were not honoring the resurrection but that this was political compromise. (1:18:19) The audience understood what happened at Nika. They saw through the official narrative and they refused to go along with it. So, how did the empire, this is where it gets very good, you may want to tune back in now. What did the empire do to Audius? What did the empire do to Audius? Let me pull it up for you and I'll show you what they did. (1:18:51) Audius had to be thrown out of the church because he kept Passover just like you'll be thrown out if you keep it. Audience, wrong one. For some reason, I can't control this tonight. Stop it again. I'll try it again. Hallelujah. For some reason, these things are flipping on me. Photos. Try it. Come on. There we go. Share. (1:19:29) Try it again. There we go. This is Audius. Well, not physically him, but anyway. He lived in the time of Aras. He declined against the godly conduct of the clergy founded his sect or his cult. Yes, he was called a cult leader. And in his old age, he was banished to Cyia by the Pope. And he did successful missionary work among the Goths. (1:20:00) Now remember that because it's about to get good. Okay? So this man that you're looking at, Aras, let me show you where Aras was sent to because you got to see this. The Catholic Church was not playing about getting rid of the voice of Aras. They literally sent him to the end of the world. And there he went to live among a group of people known as the Goths. (1:20:29) Now, anyone that followed tracking the tribes already knows who the Goths are. Now, this is where, look on your left, you see the star. This is where Audius was born and lived in Eda. He was banished all the way over a thousand miles away to the end of the world to Gothic territory, which is modernday Ukraine and southern Russia. (1:21:08) Now, that's important when you realize exactly what happened to Audius. And when you see it in a minute, it's all going to make sense to you. All right. So, he was exiled by Emperor Constantine for defying episcopal authority and moved to work among the Goths. Constantine meant it for evil, but Yahweh meant it for good. (1:21:37) Because who were the Goths? Now, here's where it becomes prophetic. The Goths, if you don't know it or not, are the people that defeated Rome. Okay? They were not just any tribe, but according to multiple lines of evidence, the Goths descended from the tribe of Gad, one of the 10 lost tribes of Israel. So, the Pope of Rome did not know that he was sending the man wearing the Petalone to go out and find the people that would wear that Petalone until Christ returned. (1:22:21) the lost tribes of Israel. And he went there among the gods and began to work. Now the name Gad means chosen of God and they are the tribes that were first exiled to Assyria. Now the Goths in the 3 century they called themselves the Scythes. And where was he exiled to? Skya. The Skytheian themselves has been identified as descendants of the lost tribes of Israel. (1:23:04) The Goths were Semites. They migrated in huge numbers out of where? Listen to this. They migrated out of Asia. In huge numbers they migrated the Saxons. The Skytheians became the Saxons. Okay. >> The Isaacsons. >> That's exactly right. >> And they were German. that is Gothic or the Scythe tribe and of the various Skyaththeian nations which have been recorded as the Sakai or the Saii are Isaac's sons and they are living in the land of Skya when Yahweh hands the petalon to uh to this servant and sends him to find the lost tribes of Israel. (1:24:07) And then when he gets there, he finds the sons of Isaac, the Israelites that bore the name of their father Isaac. There they were waiting, waiting for truth. >> They were waiting for truth. And they were by the rivers of Dan according to the scriptures. And now we know that the northern kingdom of Israel when they left they went to this land and they resettled there in modernday Ukraine. (1:24:42) And and and look, if you want proof of that, all you got to look is the Ukrainian and Russian people. You will see the Semite people. You will see the skin tone. You will see that group of people from the tribe of Gad. And there they come. And here comes their prophet. Here comes their prophet. Here comes their voice of Elijah that is about to bring them the message of Polycarp. (1:25:12) Here comes their Elijah that is about to open to them what was handed to him by the apostles. Oh, he's getting ready to do a great work. And here's the irony of it all. Constantine said, "Send this man to the Goths where no one will hear from him anymore." But Yahweh said, "Send my servant, the Zedekite priest, to the lost tribes who are living in Skya, and let him bring them apostolic faith. (1:25:44) Let him bring them." Oius went a thousand miles to bring the lost tribes their Passover back. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Oh, Audius brought the tribes of Israel, their Passover to them that they had forgotten about just like I brought it back to every one of you. He brought them their seventh day Sabbath. (1:26:14) He brought them their rejection of the Trinity. He brought them their rejection. And he brought them the truth. He did it for a thousand miles. He went and found the lost tribes. Constantine's curse became Yahweh's blessing. In his old age, the Bible said he did a great work, not the Bible. History said he did a great work among the Goths. (1:26:40) And do you know today there is a village that still bears his name. Oh yeah. The name of the village is Jeb. J U BB A D I N over there in Ukraine. There is a village there. The Aramaic means the well of Audius. Oh yes, it does. Audius went there and brought them what they had lost when they were taken by the Assyrians. (1:27:11) Oh, they had lost their Passover. They had lost their truth. And then if you'll follow this work now, follow this. I need you to wait till I tell you this. Several years ago, there was an African tribe in Africa. They found this tribe and they were living like Israelites and nobody knew how because they had not they didn't have internet. (1:27:36) They how was this tribe in Africa living like Israelites? Well, guess what happened? Audius sent all of his followers to Africa. Oh yes, he did. In the 4th century, all of Audius's teachings went to the continent of Africa. And the church father Jerome and Syro wrote down that when they went to Africa, they found the followers of Audius among the black people in the land of Africa. (1:28:08) And then they said they went to Egypt among the black people there. and their audience uh had followers had brought the Passover and the truth among the AFRICAN TRIBES. UH ANYBODY that thinks the followers of the lost tribes are white people, oh honey, the lost tribes of Israel is every race, creed, and color because Yahweh made sure oh that this is not a race thing. This is a grace thing. (1:28:37) Oh, blessed be his holy name. Oh. Oh. Hallelujah. The audience they were called. They rejected the Trinity. Here's what they wrote. The audience wrote this. We believe in one God, the Father alone, inate and invisible, and in his only begotten Son, our Lord. The Son subordinate and obedient in all things to his God and his Father. (1:29:11) That is what the audience wrote down in history. I'm one of them. I'd like to repeat to you what they brought to Africa. I'd like to repeat to you what they brought to the Ukraine. Here was their statement of faith. WE BELIEVE IN ONE GOD, the father alone, and invisible. and in his only begotten son, our Lord, the Son subordinate and obedient in all things to his God and his father. The 15th day of the first month is the day of covenant. You cannot come back to the covenant till you come to the 14th day and prepare for the 15th day.
