Rosh Chodesh Teaching — The Second Month (Ziv)
Rev. John Shane Vaughn — First Harvest Ministries International
________________
Tonight we stand at the doorway of the second Chodesh on Yahweh's calendar; now before we walk through that door — which we are doing right now — we are now in the second month on Yahweh's calendar.
I want to show thee some things that the spirit of God showed me this week about the second month and what Yahweh calls this month, and we want to give thee a clear understanding.
Okay, let us go in our Bibles — Exodus 12 and 2; this is something thou needest to understand; we are not going to keep thee but forty-five minutes tonight, let thee go home — I know y'all have got to work in the morning.
No need to gather without eating at both tables — amen — eat at both tables; hallelujah; so glad to have Sister Brody back home, we missed thee — amen, sweet Sister Brody.
Exodus 12:2 — art thou there? This month shall be unto thee the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to thee.
Yahweh hath never named the months — that is right — never; they are numbered; to Yahweh he doth not name the days.
And I have asked this ministry, I have told thee a long time ago — I wish we would start trending in that direction, recuperating biblical language, sir — that today is what the world calleth Thursday, but today is the fifth day; Yahweh only numbered his days and his months.
He never named them; he never gave them a title; he never borrowed a foreign word; he said, this is the first month, that is the second month, that is the third month — that is the pattern.
And Yahweh numbered them, he did not name them; why? Because in Yahweh's economy, the calendar itself belongeth to him, and he doth not share months with other gods or days.
Okay — now, if thou wilt look, every day of the week is named after a false god — that is right, okay — Monday, in verses Thursday, Mars — every day of the week hath a pagan name.
And when thou beginnest to see how everything hath changed, then thou hast to begin wondering — if Yahweh is calling us out of Babylon, and all these names came from Babylon, we might want to start cleaning our language up a little bit.
Amen — and just reacclimating our minds; hallelujah; now, we are not here to condemn — I know this is not going to change overnight, I am not dumb — we are not here to, thou knowest, but I am here to lead and guide back to the original path.
Amen — he doth not share months with other gods; he doth not label time with pagan festivals; he simply saith, this is the first, this is the second, they are all mine and they are numbered, not named.
Now, on the second month, if we go to First Kings chapter 6 and verse one, here is what Yahweh did allow — he did allow a description of the month in a name; let me break it down for thee.
In other words, the first month — I do not know where we get it from — it is not — Yahweh never named the first month Aviv; now that is not a Babylonian name, Aviv; so where did it come from?
It is just a description of what happeneth in that month — Aviv, new life; the barley, the green, everything comes alive; so everything is Aviv, it is new, it is fresh; so therefore Yahweh referred to the first month as Av, or Aviv; but that is not the name of it, it hath no name, it just hath a description.
The same thing happeneth in the second month that we are entering into tonight, okay? There is a word that describeth the second month — it is not a name.
Now, according to the Jews, this is the month of Iyar; the second month is Iyar — I-Y-A-R; that is a Babylonian name; that is not the name of these months.
So, when thou lookest to the Jews for help, thou art just going to get hurt worse — amen; they are as Babylonian as the Catholics, okay? It is all Babylon, it is all Babylon.
And I did not run out of Babylon over here to jump into it over here; I ran out to stay out and do it by the word — amen.
Now, let us see what King Solomon called the second month — this was before Babylon; First Kings 6 and 1.
In the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Ziv — which is the what? The second month — he began to build; listen to this — he began to build the house of Yahweh.
And this is important — in the first month, Yahweh delivered the people of Yahweh; but it is in the second month he beginneth to build the house of Yahweh — amen, amen.
Now, the word there is Ziv; let us go to First Kings 6 and 37; watch what happeneth in the second month; here is a description of the second month.
Why is this important? Thou hadst better not go to sleep, because thou hast got to get thy mind fixed on what Yahweh saith about this month so that thou canst align thyself in that rhythm and that thinking.
I am giving thee heaven's thoughts tonight on the month of Ziv, or the second month; let us see what happeneth.
In the fourth year — verse 37 — was the foundation of the house of Yahweh laid in the month of Ziv? Amen.
Now, what happeneth in the first month? Thou gettest delivered from Egypt — first month, fourteenth day — come on — that is the first month.
That is not a foundation — amen — that is a deliverance; that is a decision to come out of the world.
But when thou beginnest to walk with Yahweh, thou hast got to leave the first month and move on into the second month — hallelujah — where the foundation beginneth to be laid in the house of Yahweh.
Amen — so what is more exciting? And I have to ask this question — the first month seemeth exciting, but truly it is Ziv that is exciting.
Because we are doing more than getting saved from sin — we are getting laid and placed in the house of Yahweh in the second month of Ziv — hallelujah, hallelujah.
Yahweh allowed that word to be used through King Solomon; he called it Ziv; the Jews do not call this month Ziv, they call it Iyar.
Now we are going to find out where they got that name later tonight; so here is what Ziv meaneth in the Hebrew — okay, in the Hebrew, Ziv meaneth brightness, radiance, splendor, or light.
Now, why is that? Very simple — because in the land of Israel, this is the month when the land beginneth to glow.
I walked my wife outside this morning and I said, honey, look up at the lilacs — yes, sir — they were glowing and growing; they were Ziv-ing — yes, sir — come on now.
Now, last month, what was happening? They were being set free from winter — come on now — last month they were just being shaken loose from the bonds of the cold.
But in the second month they begin to glow, they begin to grow, and this month is about glowing and growing and Ziv-ing — hallelujah — and living — amen, amen.
Now, Yahweh gave us deliverance in the first month, but he is going to give us radiance in the second month.
This is the month where some things are going to begin growing and glowing in thy life — amen; thou knowest why? Because thou art identifying with the prophetic meaning of this month.
This month, some things are going to begin Ziv-ing — hallelujah — and living; dead things — why? That is the prophetic frequency over this month.
Not for everyone — only those that step in alignment with that prophecy of this month — hallelujah — only those that said, I claim it, I move into it, I align myself with it.
Pastor, how do I align myself? Thou showed up — thou already didst it — thou art here in the moment of the ministry of that miracle — amen.
Thou showed up; the world could not care less; to them, this is the fourth month — oh no — but there is a people on the Mississippi Gulf Coast that is aligning, they are positioning themselves where the Ziv-ing and the living taketh place.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory — thou sayest hallelujah like I do — hallelujah, hallelujah, glory, amen.
Now, let us look at the Hebrew word meaning on thy flyer for the word Ziv; remember, all Hebrew words are created from pictographs; let us look at the pictograph and see what we can dig out of this second month.
The first letter of Ziv is the Hebrew letter Zayin — it is a weapon, sir — it is a cutting, a testing, a separating, and warfare.
Now look at the hand — the Yod; the Yod is action, work, and divine intervention.
Look at the Vav — the nail and the hook; that representeth connections; there are going to be connections this month for some of thee — and disconnections and connections, a joining and a binding together.
Now, let us put all three letters together — Ziv — the hand that cuts to connect.
Oh yes — hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah — prophetically, this is the month that Yahweh useth the sword to separate so he can join properly.
Oh, hallelujah — this month things get cut away, structures get shaken — not to destroy thee, but to align thee correctly — hallelujah.
It was in the second month that manna was introduced to the children of Israel — hallelujah — in Exodus 16, it came down in the second month, but it tested them as well, because they did not get more than enough or less than enough — they got just enough; but it was supernatural.
Now, I want to talk to thee just briefly; something happened between Solomon's temple and today that changed this month forever.
In 586 before Messiah died, Nebuchadnezzar came to Jerusalem and burned down the temple; he broke the walls; he carried the Jewish people — Judah — into Babylon for seventy years.
Thy blood brothers, the Jews — for seventy years — that is a long time; they lived as captives in the land of false gods — yes, sir — false calendars and false names.
I am fixing to preach to thee, so hold thyself — I am going somewhere tonight.
After those seventy years — thou just nailed it, Elder — after those seventy years were over, the Jewish people were released — yes, sir — to go home — amen, hallelujah.
But they did not come home the same; let us read about it — Nehemiah chapter 2, verse one — oh, hallelujah.
Notice what is written by Nehemiah; I want thee to notice how this man was changed by Babylon — yes, sir — same way all of us are.
Read with me — Nehemiah 2:1 — and it came to pass in the month Nissan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king.
What didst thou just write, Nehemiah? What didst thou just write in God's holy word, Nehemiah?
Thou took on a Babylonian mindset, Nehemiah; thou art calling the first month Nissan — come on — thou got set free and thou camest back home, but thou brought Rome and Babylon right back home with thee.
Hallelujah, hallelujah — thou screamest, I left Babylon; but if thou wilt listen to thy language, Babylon never left thee.
Why didst he not write — and it came to pass in the first month? That would have been Torah; that would have been pure; that would have been clean.
But after seventy years of watching their television programs, seventy years of playing on their internet, seventy years of listening to their music, seventy years of connecting with the world — those that are separated from the world became just like the world — hallelujah.
Thou wilt always know where somebody is living by their language — always.
Thou knowest, I — I am sorry, God rest her soul — I always have to go back to Lloyd Scatlain.
We were not allowed in my home to even call a woman pregnant — that is right; she was either in the family way or expecting — yes, sir.
Why? My grandmother was a Nazirite — amen; her language, her language was sanctified; she did not want to talk like the vulgarity of the world.
Thou didst not even say the word butt in her house — it was backside — that is right — or rear end — yes, sir; we were not allowed to say that word — yes, sir, we were not either.
Was it a sin? Oh, get over thyself — it was worse than a sin; it kept thee from being separated unto Yahweh as a peculiar creature.
Some of thee watching me now, thou screamest, I have come out of Babylon, but thou cussest like a sailor; thou sayest thou hast come out of Babylon, but thou talkest as vulgar as the world doth; thou got stuck in a world thou canst not get out of.
I still believe it is holiness; I still believe holiness is separation from the world — holiness is separation from the world — hallelujah.
Israel, listen to me — if thou darest call thyself an Israelite, do not thou embarrass the word; they were separated, they were separated unto their God, even in their language.
Now, what is so sad — nobody ever taught it to me this way; we were taught thou wouldest go to hell for saying those things.
But when I begin to know better than that, then thou goest as wild as thou canst on the other side because thou art mad they lied to thee.
Because the truth is it was never about hell — it was about holiness; it was about being separated not from the world but unto Yahweh — amen.
And I am calling the apostolic assembly — women, men, boys, and girls — in this season, it is time to begin preaching on holiness unto Yahweh; it is time for us to begin moving more and more and more into the likeness of our God.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, glory, hallelujah.
Because when Nehemiah wrote that word, it is heartbreaking — yes, it is; Nissan is Babylonian, and yet he is an Israelite.
And by the way, he loveth God; he loveth Yahweh so much, he put extra rules on the Sabbath that did not belong there; he truly loved Yahweh.
Loving Yahweh hath nothing to do with getting rid of Babylon; it doth not happen because thou lovest God.
It happeneth because thou leavest the mindset that thou wast trapped in; thou hast got to start rethinking everything — yes, sir.
I mean, it getteth hard sometimes; thou literally goest to put a fork in a plate before thou even realizest they cooked them green beans with bacon — thou art stuck in Babylon.
But God said, come out of her, my people, and be ye separated unto me.
I want us to begin to be more careful even in our language; and the father, forgive us all, because of the constant television and the constant movies — we hear that language so much that it beginneth to pervade the way we were raised in holiness.
And we begin to speak — not necessarily cursed words, but not blessed words — idle words, that is the meaning of it; those words that are Babylonian, vain words.
So where did the name Nissan come from? Babylon; it cometh from the word Akkadian Nissanu, which is the name of a Babylonian festival month.
Listen to what this would be like — it was a Babylonian festival; let us just call it Christmas; and it came to pass — an Israelite writing this — and it came to pass at the time of Christmas.
Why art thou talking about Christmas? Thou art an Israelite; why art thou even using Babylonian names?
Thou canst read — I will not read it tonight, I think I might have the scriptures here for thee, but thou canst read later on in the book — I tell thee, let us read one verse.
Esther 3 and 7 — let us turn there; now this is a sad story; let us go to the book of Esther; and these are Yahweh's people, separated unto Yahweh; I do not have my Bible — someone read it for me — Esther 3 and 7.
And in the first month, that is the month of Nissan — read it, okay, go ahead, next, somebody read quickly, thou hast got it, go ahead, okay, who can read it? Somebody read fast, come on.
In the first month, which is the month of Nissan — okay, the first month, this is now, this is in the book of Esther — a whole another Israelite, a whole group of Israelites talking about the month of Nissan.
Where did they get that from? Not Yahweh; read — in the twelfth year of King Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is the lot, before Haman to determine the day and the month.
Verse 13 — and the letters were sent by carriers into all the king's provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to annihilate all the Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, on the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar.
Okay — where did they get Adar from? Babylon — Babylon — Babylon — why art thou putting it in God's holy scripture? Why art thou renaming what Yahweh never named?
Adar is a Babylonian name; it cometh from the word Akkadian Adaru — a false god; it is all Babylonian; I am trying to hurry.
Let us read Zechariah 1 and verse 7 — Zechariah 1 and verse 7 — I am going somewhere.
Zechariah 1 — in the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month — now they are now what? Notice what they are doing here — they are using — come on, come on — they just, they are going to just blend them.
They could have stopped, right? Come on — why do thou have to — in the eleventh month, which is the month of what? Shebat — oh no — where didst thou get Shebat from? Babylon — mixture — it is mixture — he hateth mixture.
Every single month name in thy Jewish calendar came from Babylon.
So tonight I had a choice — I could have gone with what the whole world is teaching tonight, the month of Iyar; but I just said, no, not at First Harvest, not anymore — it is the month described as Ziv — hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
It is the month of healing; the hand that cuts to connect — thank thee, sir.
Now the Jewish Talmud telleth thee in the book of Rosh Hashana 1 and 2 the names — listen to the Jews; if thou knowest anything about the Talmud, it is like a commentary, okay?
Here is what the rabbis say — I am reading it, it is a direct quote — the names of the months came up with us from Babylon; the rabbis admit it.
So why art thou still doing it? Come out of her, my people — just cut it all the way off; the rabbis admitted it.
The exile renamed Yahweh's appointed times, and twenty-five hundred years later the whole world — Jews and Christians — call Yahweh's feasts by Babylonian names.
Let me give thee an example — thou askest any Jew when is Passover? Nissan the fourteenth — thou just took Yah's feast — yes, sir — and gave it a Babylonian identity.
Wow — amen; thou art taking it and cutting it away; he is cutting it away tonight to connect us back; he is going to connect us back to true, pure language.
He said he would restore a pure language in the last days, and I believe it is time for that — hallelujah, hallelujah, glory.
Elijah come to set straight the crooked path and to bring the high place low.
So what happened to Ziv? The word Ziv — what happened to it? It disappeared; it totally disappeared; it is right there in thy Bible — thou readest where Solomon called it Ziv — yes, sir, thou surely didst.
Just go to Google and ask Google, what on the Hebrew calendar is the second month? It will tell thee Iyar.
But Iyar doth not appear in the Torah; it doth not appear in the prophets; it doth not appear in any of the writings; Iyar doth not even appear in books like Esther or Ezra.
It only appeareth in rabbinic literature — the Mishna, the Talmud; and what is the origin of Iyar? It cometh from the Akkadian word Ayaru, which cometh from Tammuz — wow, amen, God.
Ziv was the Hebrew word for brightness — amen; after I bring thee through the darkness of Passover, I want to bring thee into Ziv; I want to help thee Ziv a little; I want to bring thee into brightness.
Hallelujah — I want thee to notice what Satan hath done; Satan did not destroy the name Ziv — it is still in thy Bible; he just replaced it — yes, sir, yes, sir.
With a name that soundeth familiar, with a name that sort of looketh familiar, but it meaneth something totally different; Yahweh's own people, the Jews, accepted the swap — wow — and forgot the original — wow.
Yahweh, for — I did not bring thee through this history tonight to give thee a theology lesson.
I brought thee here because the month we are entering tonight is the very month designed to expose what hath been falsely named in thy life.
The hand to cut is here tonight; the hand — look at that sword and that hand — it is here tonight to cut thee free from what hath been in thy mind like an octopus with tentacles called Babylon; Gentile — come on — the sword.
This is it — Abba — hallelujah; he is bringing it right now; he wanteth to cut Gentile out of thy brain somehow; he wanteth to cut it out and connect thee with Torah; he wanteth to connect thee with Torah.
In this second month, there is going to be some cutting and connecting; there is going to be some Ziv-ing and some living, some glowing and some growing in the house of Israel.
Oh, blessed be Yah — hallelujah, hallelujah.
Listen to me — every one of thee that moved here, I am looking; every one of thee moved here except for a few of thee; if thou didst not move here to have the counterfeit cut out of thee — well, that is what is happening here tonight — yes, sir.
Yahweh is cutting the counterfeit out of Israelites; he is bringing thee and reconnecting thee to thy identity, thy language — hallelujah, hallelujah.
That is why when thou art in town talking to thy friends, thou shouldest never use the word Saturday — that was made for the god Saturn — thou shouldest always say Shabbat.
And then what happeneth? Let me show thee what happeneth; it is like when thou art talking with a Chinese person and they speak English, but suddenly they say something in Chinese or Spanish and thou sayest, what doth that mean?
Thou art that person to a Gentile when thou sayest Shabbat — what? What doth that mean? Oh, they just opened a door — hallelujah.
What language is that? What art thou talking about? The door is wide open; now, if thou canst use thy language — I will give thee an example.
When thou tellest people, I am going to Passover — that is a word that doth not fit in a Gentile vocabulary; when thou tellest everybody, where art thou going next week? I am going to Shavuot — thou shoveest it in their face.
Start using thy pure language — hallelujah, hallelujah.
Ziv cutteth away; Babylon's first move was to put a counterfeit label on an original word; and that is not a coincidence — that was warfare.
Tonight we take this name Ziv and restore it back to the mouth of an Israelite.
Now I want to say something — the spirit of Babylon, listen to this carefully, is not — this is so important — if thou dost not hear anything else I say — the spirit of Babylon is not a spirit of destruction; it is a spirit of renaming.
Babylon did not come into thy life to destroy — because thou wouldest have noticed that — yes, sir, yes, sir — it came to rename everything — yes, sir, amen — and make thee okay with it — yes, sir.
Babylon doth not always burn what it conquers; Babylon doth not always kill what it captures; it just renames it and reidentifies it and it leaveth the thing standing.
For example, this right here, what we call a church now would never have been called that in the house of Israel — oh no, no; this was the kahal, this was the kahal, this was the assembly.
This was the assembly of the government of God; but the minute we quit seeing this as a legislative assembly, a government on earth, then we started going to church.
Words matter; tell thy family — they say, where art thou going to church? Say, no, I do not go to church.
I am going to an assembly meeting — yes, sir — I am going to the legislature — I am a congressman, I am part of the government, I am going to the assembly hall, I am going down there to make things happen on earth like they are happening in heaven — hallelujah.
While thou goest to church — if thou dost not understand — they did not gather in Israel to have church — yes, sir; they gathered to govern; they gathered to be corrected; they gathered to be transformed into the Torah.
But we came in, we put a steeple on it, we called it a church, and now it is somewhere we go to see the latest choir song that is being sung.
Get blessed — I almost cannot listen to it anymore; I will be scrolling through YouTube and the latest, thou knowest, hast thou heard this song? I do not know.
Sister Ruth was like that — she could not; I can hardly listen to them anymore; it is pure entertainment, it is pure entertainment; it is something to keep the thing pumped up so we can get that thirty-minute sermon over with and get home.
God is calling us back to a pure language; get thy language right and thou wilt get thy understanding right — hallelujah, hallelujah.
I do not go to church — I am the church; I do not go to church — I am the congregation — hallelujah.
Dost thou know why that weapon of renaming is so powerful? It is a sophisticated weapon; it is the most sophisticated weapon in Satan's arsenal — renaming.
Watch this — thou takest one of them boys, puttest a wig on them, puttest some fake things under their shirt — yes, sir — puttest them in high heels and renamest them a girl — that is right, that is right.
That is not a girl — no, it is not — but thou markest my words, eventually if thou callest it that long enough, it becometh a girl — yes, sir, amen.
It becometh a girl; that is why I will never call a transgendered person — well, I — no, no — I get to choose my language, and my language will never believe a lie or speak a lie, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever.
The reason renaming worketh is because every one of us in this room will fight a destroyer, but we will not fight a renamer; after all, it is just a name.
Come on, apostles — that is right — thou wilt simply accept the new name and move on; and three generations later, no one will remember what the thing was originally called, because nobody stood up for the renaming.
They teach thee sticks and stones may break thy bones but words will never hurt thee — oh, that is a lie from hell; three generations later, no one will know what the original was — that is right.
I will prove it to thee — generations later, nobody in the church knew what the Sabbath was — that is right; thou knowest why? Because a spirit came in and renamed it Sunday, and therefore that is the Sabbath.
Now, thou canst not rename what God hath named, right? Yahweh said, the seventh day is the Sabbath; if thou renamest Sunday the Sabbath, thou art part of Babylon — thou art living a lie and thou art telling a lie.
Now, thou canst say all day long, it is Sunday and I go to church on Sunday; but be honest, do not call it the Sabbath — that is right, God — and then admit thou dost not keep the Sabbath.
But dost thou know why they had to rename it? Because if they do not rename it, they have to admit they do not keep the Sabbath; so let us just rename Sunday the Sabbath.
Apostle — I come to preach tonight; I come to help thee understand; I want to show thee how this spirit worketh; before I let thee go home tonight — Genesis 41:45, turn there, look at it in thy Bibles.
Wake up — we only have ten more minutes; we can stay here all night; I came to help deliver thee from thy mindset — amen, apostle, thank thee, thank thee so much.
I will give thee an example — thou hast been in Babylon so long that thou thinkest the tithe is thine.
Thou dost; here is what thou beginnest to think — listen to me — a Gentile believeth they are paying their tithe; hast thou paid thy tithe? Thou canst not pay thy tithe — it was not thine to pay.
Hast thou paid thy tithe? Thou hadst no tithe — hast thou returned the tithe? Hallelujah, hallelujah — that is right — hast thou un-stolen the tithe?
But see, as a Gentile, my point is — if thou wast an Israelite, the question of whether thou wast tithing or not would never find a place in thy mind, because Israelites do not ask that question; Israelites are tithers — that is who we are; it just happeneth naturally.
It doth not say, well, how much are we going to pay this week? We are not going to pay nothing — we are going to give it back — yes, sir.
Because we are Israel, and Yahweh only whippeth Israel; he doth not whip the Gentiles; and so I am not going to think like a Gentile.
Genesis 41:45 — and Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnath-Paaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath, the daughter of Potipherah, the priest of On.
Now let us pause — what doth the name Yoseph, Joseph, mean? Yahweh will increase — that is what Yoseph meaneth; that is why Americans are of the tribe of Joseph — Yahweh will increase, okay.
But when Joseph moved into Babylon, or Egypt rather, they wanted the first thing they wanted to do was what? Change his name; they changed it to Zaphnath-Paaneah.
Dost thou know what it meaneth? The god speaks and he lives; now wait a minute — Yoseph saith, Yahweh giveth me my life, my increase.
But the Egyptian name meaneth — the gods give me my increase — come on now, come on now.
Joseph's Egyptian name invoked pagan deities — yes, sir, yes, sir; the empire took a name that meant Yahweh will increase me and replaced it with a name that said, the gods of Egypt will give thee life.
But Pharaoh did not stop by just renaming Joseph — watch this, I am going to show thee something.
Oh no — he gave him a wife — Asenath, the daughter of Potipherah, who was a priest of On; now On is Heliopolis, which is the city of the sun; he was a priest of Ra, the sun god.
So Egypt did not just rename Joseph; but after they renamed Joseph, they married Joseph into another priesthood — wow, wow.
Anybody awake? Yes, sir — not only did they change his name, they changed his priesthood; he was of the priesthood of Yahweh, but now he is marrying into another system, only over a name.
Thou wilt have to determine thy priesthood by thy mouth; the spirit of Babylon — after it renames thee, it marrieth thee to that renamed system.
Yes, sir — go to that Catholic church — oh my goodness — it connecteth thee by soul ties to another language.
And it will not be long before thou, an Israelite, wilt be calling thyself a Gentile — yes, sir, yes, sir, amen.
Called a Gentile my whole life; thou wilt spend thy whole life saying, I am a Gentile saved by grace, I was a Gentile, I am a Gentile.
Thou wilt begin to believe that is who thou art; why? Thou allowed them to rename thee, and they married thee into that Christian system that renamed thee and reidentified thee.
Oh, that is so true, that is exactly right — but in the month of Ziv, there is going to be a sword come in that cutteth thee and reconnecteth thee this month.
Woo! Thou art not only coming out, thou art going in; thou art going to start Ziv-ing; tell thy neighbor — it is time to start Ziv-ing.
Every empire — every empire — the first thing they have ever done is renamed God's people and then tried to marry them to that system.
In case thou dost not believe me, one more verse of scripture tonight — Daniel 1, Daniel chapter 1, verse 6 — come on now — I am going to show thee; thou hast been trapped in a rename system — yes, sir.
Oh yeah — they took Passover and renamed it Easter in thy Bible — come on now — hallelujah, glory.
Pull up that word Easter on Blue Letter Bible real quick; I am going to show thee what renaming doth.
Daniel 1, verses 6 and 7 — read with me somebody.
Now among these were the children of Judah — Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah — that is their real name, that was their names.
But the prince of the eunuchs gave them other names; unto Daniel he called him Belteshazzar — yes, sir; unto Hananiah he renamed him Shadrach; unto Mishael he renamed him Meshach; and unto Azariah he named him Abednego.
Nebuchadnezzar did not have to kill these four men if he could just rename them — come on now — oh, hallelujah, oh, he renamed them.
The name Daniel meaneth Yahweh is my judge; Belteshazzar meaneth Baal protects me — it is just a name, it is just a name; no, it is an identity — that is right.
Hananiah meaneth Yahweh is gracious; Shadrach meaneth commanded by the moon god — no way, oh my goodness.
So instead of calling thee Yahweh is gracious, we are going to tell thee in thy brain thou art commanded by the moon god; simply let us rename thee and we will steal thy faith in Yahweh.
I want to give thee a perfect example if I may — I watched on Toto the other night; I played thee a video of Pope Liar — yes, sir — it is not Leo the Lion, it is Leo the Liar — that is exactly right.
That video started off, and I was not trying to stir no mess on my Toto show, so I left this part alone, but I am going to stir it in here.
The first part of his video — go back and watch it on Toto, go back and just watch that video — it starts off and Pope Leo saith these words.
There is a picture of Yeshua on the cross and he saith, our God, Yeshua — yes — doth not hear the prayer of a war people that go to war.
Now let me show thee the problem — watch this carefully — what he is telling thee is true.
God — thou art God, yeah — thou wouldest see that in those words; I heard everything; thou art right — they believe what they are saying; their god doth not like war; their god is their god.
Thou seest, the problem is not what they believe — it is that they renamed their God; and when they pointed on that cross and said him, that is — see, none of thee could ask a Catholic who Yahweh is; they have no idea why.
Because when thou renamest thy God, thou hast reidentified — yes, sir, yes, sir — wow, wow.
Mishael meaneth who is what El is; think about that — the name for Meshach is Mishael — M-I-S-H-A-E-L — and it meaneth thou art what Yahweh is.
Every day of his life, his mama said, thou art what Yahweh is; she said, thou art what Yahweh is; that was his name.
But when he moved into Christianity, when he moved into Babylon, they said, no, we are going to rename thee Meshach, which meaneth thou art what? Aku is — another god — Aku.
Oh, do not get so upset — it is just a name; y'all are making a big deal out of a word; oh no, it is not a word — it is an identity, it is a mindset — hallelujah.
I did not come here to preach tonight, but I feel like it — hallelujah; I came to give thee a little quick lesson, but God said it is time for thee to be Ziv-ed — the hand that cutteth to connect us back.
What about Abednego? His name was Azariah; it meant Yahweh hath helped thee; but Abednego meaneth thou art a servant of Nebo; Abednego — Nebo.
Now — seventy years thou hearest every day — thou art a servant of Nebo; it will not be long before thou wilt not know who thy God is.
Thou knowest why thou didst not stand up against the renaming? It is just a name, it is just a name.
Every Hebrew name containeth Yahweh's character; every Hebrew name; every Babylonian replacement containeth the name of a pagan god.
Let me show thee on the screen — go to thy Bible, or well, thou canst watch it here — Acts 12 and 4, bring that scripture up.
Acts 12 and 4 — let us read it; and when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison and delivered him to the four quaternions of soldiers to keep him, intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.
Now, that is in thy Bible — yeah — so when somebody saith Easter is in the Bible, that is where they are going.
Scroll down and click on it; click on Easter; let me show thee what renaming doth; click on 3957 — what is that word? Pesach — Passover — Passover — that is Passover.
Easter is not in thy Bible — Passover was — they just renamed it; no big deal?
It is a big deal because Easter is the goddess Ishtar; Passover is from the word of Yahweh; we are just renaming it — no, no, thou art reclaiming it.
Thou art claiming Yahweh's Passover for thy Easter — yes, just a word — no, it is an identity.
If Babylon renamed Joseph in Egypt and Daniel in Babylon, what else did the spirit of Babylon rename? I will show thee.
Exodus 3:15 — oh, hallelujah — I did not think we would be here this long; thank thee, Elder, it is good — hallelujah.
Exodus 3:15 — this is my name forever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
What name is he referring to? The Tetragrammaton — Yahweh, Yah; he said, that is my name, and that is going to be my name, thy God, to every generation — not just till Yeshua comes, to every generation; my name is Yah.
That is right — Yah, that is my name; dost thou know how many times Yah said his name in the Bible? Seven thousand times — there is thy number, there it is, there it is — amen.
Now, Yahweh put his name, Sister Natalie — and y'all need to tell people this — he put his name in his Bible seven thousand times; and if thou openest the Bible, thou canst not find his name one time, anywhere, nowhere.
They just renamed him, they renamed him; the Jews renamed him Adonai — wow — Baal, Lord; pastor, what is the harm? Call him Lord because Satan is a lord, Baal is a lord.
But there is only one Yahweh — one name given among men, one name above every other name — hallelujah.
Brother Blake — seven thousand times, y'all put — do not laugh when I am preaching — Yahweh put his name in that Bible seven thousand times; thou canst not find it.
And thou knowest what? No, thou knowest what? Thou thinkest that is bad, brother Blake? Thou thinkest that is bad? That is not bad; here is what is bad — nobody giveth a care.
Nobody careth — doth it really matter? Nobody ever thought about it; people have been reading their Bible all their life and cannot find their God's name anywhere — and do not care — I did not even know — do not even notice.
Thou knowest why? Satan did not take his name out of the Bible — he just renamed him in the Bible — that is right, that is right, that is right.
I did not even know he had a name — hallelujah; it is the most repeated word in the entire Bible and thou canst not find it nowhere.
He hath been renamed in every English translation on earth; and yet he said, Yah is my name forever — seven thousand times.
The translator said, we will just call him something else — that is the spirit of Babylon.
Well, if that spirit renamed the father, next it hath got to rename the son; they might as well just call him Jesus — watch this, watch this.
Now, listen — do not say amen with me up to this point because I am a truth preacher and thou canst not get around it; I am a truth seeker; the truth is the truth; honey, I need a — watch this — thou canst not get around what I am fixing to show thee.
And one thing, baby, thou canst do — thou canst Google this, thou canst AI it, whatever thou wantest to do — yeah, yes.
Yah is the root name of the God of heaven — yes, sir, that is right; in our language, there was no letter J till four hundred years ago.
Now, watch this; listen to me carefully; now, y'all all know what I believe; do not go stupid on me; if thou dost not know what I am teaching, then that name will work for thee, okay?
That is right — we do not have to keep going over that; Yahweh honoreth faith and thy level where thou art; so I am not condemning anybody, but I am also not going to stay on their level either.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah — Yah is the name that is for every generation; it is the name given among men whereby thou must be saved.
This name — now, Yah told thee in the Old Testament, Yahweh said, I will be thy savior; what is the Hebrew word for savior? Yeshua — Yah is our savior — Yeshua.
When the angel came to Mary, she never said, and thou shalt call his name Jesus — no way — thou shalt call his name Yeshua; why? He will deliver.
Notice the word the angel used — listen to this carefully — notice the word the angel used: he shall deliver; not save — that word save there is deliver.
Why did y'all, why this name? Because first thou hadst Moses, but he did not deliver the people into the promised land; Joshua, or Yeshua, did — yes, sir — hallelujah, hallelujah.
That is the reason we have that story in the Old Testament about Moses leaving, saying, I cannot take thee because the Torah can never take thee there — only salvation will.
Oh, hallelujah — and that is why he appointed Joshua, or Yeshua — hallelujah; he said, I brought thee the law, but I cannot bring thee deliverance; only the one that riseth up like me from among thy brethren will deliver thee to the promised land — Joshua.
So when the angel was getting ready to introduce the next Moshe — remember, Moses prophesied, there will be another one just like me that will be raised up not from heaven but from among thy brethren — yes, sir.
And he will deliver thee — yes, sir — and that angel told Mary, that little boy thou art going to have, his name is exactly who Moses said — Joshua, or Yeshua.
Now, Pastor Vaughn, what about translation? Watch this, now stay with me — what about transliteration? Thou knowest, we are not Hebrew, therefore to us — oh, no, no, no, no, no, thou believedst a lie.
There thou goest, right there — okay; if thou wantest to translate Yeshua into English, there is only one way to do it, and it is not Jesus — it is Joshua — that is right, that is right.
So do not tell me, well, we are just going by the translation — no, no, thou art not; if thou wast, thou wouldest be baptizing in the name of Joshua — that is right, okay.
So how did we get from Joshua to Jesus? Hang tight — watch this, thou art going to watch and learn.
Yah is too sacred for the Jewish people; they will not utter that word; their Mishna forbiddeth the uttering — it is too holy, too sacred; even though Yahweh never said that, he said declare my name; but anyway, the Jews said do not.
So what they did, they — instead of saying Yeshua, they changed it to Yeshu, which meaneth not that Yah is my salvation, but he is my salvation.
That is right — thou hast totally removed the father's name completely; that is it — on purpose — thou art no longer declaring Yah is my salvation; he is my salvation; well, which he art thou talking about?
And so therefore, when they take Yah out, they replace it; that is why all Jews and even Messianics and most of thee have always said, thou readest it Yeshua — that is not the name, that is not the name.
Now, when thou art ready to translate Yeshua to English, thou canst not go straight to English; thou goest to Latin, and that giveth thee Iesus — that rhymeth with Yeshua, Iesus.
If thou wantest to bring that to English, thou changest this to Jesus or Jesus; and the father's name is nowhere in there.
Now, the father loveth thee so much, and he loveth his people so much, that he winked at ignorance, and he healed in that name in spite of it; he saved the lost in that name in spite of it, because his people were ignorant and he winked at it.
But the Bible said there will come a day when he will no longer wink at ignorance, but will demand all men to repent and to walk in truth.
I walk in thy truth, father — and it is not easy; I have been so entrenched in it, brothers and sisters.
This month of Ziv — the father wanteth to cut thy tongue out and replace it and connect it to thy original tongue — hallelujah, hallelujah, that is what he wanteth to do.
Now, I want this church to hear me; this ministry, listen closely — we do not con — we grew up, we cherish this name — yes, sir, okay.
Do not get dumb and stupid on me — that is right — just hear me; for those that are not going to watch me teach, the father loveth them enough that when they call this name, he will answer, okay, okay.
But there is another people — yes, sir — that knoweth to do good; they know the truth; and for whatever reason that he chose to show it to me, I must walk worthy of that revelation — amen.
We are not condemning those that say, Jesus, please hear me; but understand what happened — the name that meaneth Yahweh is salvation became a name that hath no trace of the father's name in it at all.
Now let me ask thee a question — Yeshua said, I came in my father's name; until we took his father's name out — yes, sir, yes, sir — wow.
That is not by accident; that is the spirit of Babylon; and thou knowest what that is? That is church people that could not care less that it was replaced; they would rather walk in ignorance than to demand the language to be restored.
Do not let it happen to me; do not rename my father or my lord and savior, my king.
Now Yahweh called the Sabbath day the Sabbath; he blessed it; that specific day was sanctified; then came Rome and changed the name to the venerable day of the sun.
Thou already knowest these — I am not going to teach on these, I have already taught it many times; but the seventh day — listen to me — and I want everybody to hear me — there is not a Christian that doth not keep the Sabbath day in their mind.
That is right, that is right, amen, amen — to them, Sunday is the seventh day of the week; they love Yahweh just as much; they love God — yes, sir.
The seventh day was never abandoned; as a matter of fact, I laugh when people try to convince me why they do not preach on the Sabbath and they say, well, Yeshua replaced it.
I said, okay then, dost thou believe that? Dost thou really? If I make them, I make them answer me — dost thou really believe that? I sure do.
And if they are a pastor, they just set themselves up, because I am coming in now; thou really believest he placed the Sabbath, that it is done, it is over with?
Then do not thou ever call another member that doth not come to church on Sunday next week and ask them where they are.
Should I try that again? Yeah — thou sayest that the Sabbath is done away with; once a week thou hast to assemble; Yeshua replaced it; then do not thou ever call a member and say, why wast thou not in church Sunday?
Thou dost not believe in that; all, of course thou believest in the Sabbath — that is the only day thou gettest thy money in the church; of course thou believest in it; there would be no offering, no tithes; thou dost believe in it; thou just believest in the renamed Sabbath.
I challenge — and I went live tonight — I challenge any preacher watching me that believeth Yeshua did away with the Sabbath; shut thy church down and just let people tune in and watch thee whenever they want to; quit having church on one day a week; just stop.
There is no Bible command; the only Bible command to be in church once a week is remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy.
The Sabbath did not disappear; it was moved to the first day of the week, sir, called by the name of the sun god, Sunday.
And the faithful that still keep the seventh day — we were branded as legalists and Judaizers and heretics, and the church accepted the swap.
They did not take away thy rest day; they just moved it, renamed it, and shamed thee for keeping the original, until thou forgot which day was blessed.
This is why we are here tonight; it is why we gather on the seventh day; it is why we refuse to swap.
Beloved, the spirit of Babylon did not stop in 364; it did not stop in Rome; it did not stop in the Middle Ages; it is still renaming things today.
Passover hath been renamed Easter after Ishtar; the Feast of Tabernacles hath been renamed Christmas, attached to the winter solstice.
Yahweh's Torah hath been renamed the Old Testament; Yahweh's people, Israel, have been renamed the church.
Every single one of these renamings serveth the same purpose — to keep the form of godliness while denying the power thereof — come on — amen.
Thou art keeping a form — yes, sir — while denying, not the power, the authority; thou canst call it what thou wantest to, but if thou art not doing it when he said to do it, and if thou art not calling it what he called it, thou art out of alignment, and thou wilt not be in the first resurrection.
Remember this as I close — Babylon only needeth — they do not — Babylon doth not need to destroy thy faith; they just need to rename it until thou no longer recognizest what thou art practicing.
If thou wilt go back to the Garden of Eden, what was the very first task Yahweh gave Adam? Name.
Adam's first act of dominion was names; and I have come tonight on the first day of Ziv to name some things and declare the name of Yahweh and Yeshua and the Sabbath and Passover and Shavuot and the Sukkot and everything that God named.
I reclaim it on earth as it is in heaven — hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Out — somebody say, on earth — as it is in heaven — we are getting ready to go; remain seated for a moment as I close.
Dost thou know why he told Adam to name them? Because when thou namest something, thou hast dominion over it — wow.
The moment I named her Vaughn — yes, sir — I had dominion over my wife — amen, amen.
The moment Babylon renameth it, they have a form of godliness, sir, but they do not have the authority — yes, sir; they are trying to take dominion over God's people, Israel, by renaming.
To name something is to define its identity; to name something is to determine how well it will be remembered.
When the serpent came to Eve, he did not attack Yahweh's existence — he attacked Yahweh's name and character; he said, hath Elohim said?
From the garden to Egypt, from Egypt to Babylon, from Babylon to Rome, and from Rome to Christianity — every satanic strategy is a renaming strategy.
I will show thee how it worketh — art thou ready? The most demonic night of the year, Halloween, is now trunk or treat — wow — just rename it.
And when thou renamest it, guess what happeneth? Suddenly it is not Halloween anymore — thou didst not remove the roots, baby; thou just painted the fruit — that is all thou didst, yes.
Every satanic strategy is renaming; why? We are renaming boys and girls; why? If we can rename it, we have authority over it; because whoever nameth a thing governeth that thing.
And that is why the second month of Ziv mattereth so much tonight.
Now we come back to the second month with our eyes open; this is not Iyar — this is Ziv, the month of radiance, the hand that cutteth to connect, the month of post-Passover testing, healing, and alignment.
This is the month in Ziv; remember, thou canst not reach Shavuot, the third month, until thou starteth blooming in the second month — hallelujah, hallelujah.
Scripture telleth us that Yahweh's people will come to the bitter waters of Marah; thou art there right now; in the second month they came to the bitter water.
Thou art at the bitter water tonight; thou thinkest it is bitter, it feeleth bitter, it tasteth bitter, because it is causing thee to want to spit it out.
Why? Because thou art beginning to see that thou hast renamed things, thou hast allowed it; but thou seest, after thou comest to the bitter water of Marah, oh, then thou wilt get the manna.
And after the manna in the second month came water from the rock — hallelujah, oh, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Oh — cut away — can I tell thee when the manna fell? Thy answer is in Exodus 16 and 1.
It did not fall on the first day of the second month; but if thou wilt read thy Bible, the manna fell on the fifteenth day of the second month — the second Passover.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah — that is when the manna fell, at the second Passover — oh, blessed be Yah, Passover — hallelujah.
Pastor, why did Yahweh wait a whole month to feed them? Listen to this, and I am trying to be done here.
They left Egypt on the fifteenth day of Aviv; the first night Yahweh did not feed them for thirty days; I want to tell thee why that is.
Yahweh hath to wait until all of Egypt's food leaveth thy system before he can feed thee heavenly manna — hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Thou knowest those first ten, fifteen days? They had food from Egypt still — they had some stuff.
If thou wantest God to feed thee revelation, thou hast got to have a revulsion — yes, sir, a revulsion.
Thou hast got to revolt from that old identity; and once thou runnest out of Egypt and Babylon's doctrines and their sermons, then Yahweh will supernaturally begin to feed thee the manna from heaven.
Hallelujah, hallelujah — let us stand tonight; hallelujah, hallelujah; oh, thank thee, Lord, Sister Bono; hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Oh, this is the second month and we welcome it; come on back and let us blow these silver trumpets one more time as we welcome in the month of Ziv.
Hallelujah — three, two — blow them — hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Summary
This teaching examines the second biblical month, contrasting the original Hebrew designation Ziv with the later Babylonian name Iyar. Through scriptural examples and historical patterns, the message reveals how renaming functions as a tool of identity corruption. The teaching calls for a restoration of pure language, emphasizing that reclaiming original terms is essential to returning to Yahweh’s intended order.
