* ladies and gentlemen my monologue for this evening it includes Joe Biden I want to talk to you about a few ideas that that I have and that I'm hearing from a few others that I think makes a lot of sense we have breaking news on the hunt I mean I'm not well the hunter Biden story is the Joe Biden story but there were no visitors logs at the home where top secret information now I'm going to reveal some things to you tonight that maybe you've not heard that you need to be aware of top secret information not just classified documents * classified as one thing but top secret classified as another these items that were mysteriously missing for six years one set of I'm sorry two sets of them was in a Delaware home where there were no visitors logs at all now that is bad news for Joe Biden according to Professor Hurley and I'm going to explain why in just a minute and here's more news Hunter Biden claimed to own that house he was paying fifty thousand dollars a month rent the Joe Biden classified document scandal it's getting worse day by day and as the cover-up is being exposed it * is high crimes and misdemeanors last week the press secretary Kareem Jean-Pierre she said that the search for classified documents at Biden's office space and at his garage was complete that was from the mouth of Karim Jean-Pierre that probably ain't even her real last name but anyway she wants to sound anyway her name probably Brown but anyway so our last name probably it's probably Brown uh Smith or something Jean-Pierre anyway I whatever I don't care what her name is so anyhow she said that that it was complete the * search for the home by the best search teams in the world the Secret Service and the Department of Justice and these lawyers it was complete that's what she told us days later after the search was complete additional documents were found now once you find these documents the next thing that pops up in your mind must be this who saw these documents who saw them whose eyes have have taken the information do you know the most profitable thing in the world you know what it is information that's right information who saw this information * that's the next logical question and here's the next question at the Delaware home that Hunter Biden claims to own paying fifty thousand dollars a month to rent he was in and out of that home all the time how much time was he there and how many times was the garage door left open his son Hunter had regular access to that garage I want you to think about this because I'm fixing to bring you some parts of the story you've not heard and you're really going to wonder about garage gate because Hunter was involved in highly * suspicious business transactions nobody pays fifty thousand dollars a month to rent especially for a home that looks like that and these business transactions were with foreign adversaries now the reason that these visitors logs that are missing is horrible news is because it's almost like a movie this script that we're watching before our eyes looks like a novel it looks like it was written out by James Patterson or are Sydney Sheldon are some of the great writers of Mystery it looks like it looks like this literally I mean it could be more * perfect it could not be written more perfectly than one president gets attacked for doing you see here's the deal these documents prove ladies and gentlemen they reinforce the fact that Joe Biden is actually guilty of everything that Donald Trump has been accused of only worse it proves it always accuse you of the very things they're doing themselves if there's one rule you can keep on your fridge write it down put in your wallet to evaluate the behavior of the people in charge it's that they blame you for their secret documents that very same Joe Biden himself had unauthorized possession of secret documents but don't worry it's not a big deal unlike you in that despicably orange Donald Trump Joe Biden is a good person Joe Biden is so virtuous he has transcended temporal law it's not a crime when he does it now let's talk about that now that * there's no visitors logs can I tell you what that means can I tell you what that's going to propagate and this is from one of my favorite professors Jonathan Turley he says that since there's no visitors logs and we're dealing with national secrets that the Congress oh yes that would be the Maga Congress okay I'm sorry I digress they have a right to that information who was in and out of that home but there's no visitors logs so guess what they can do now legally they can subpoena alternative sources for the information that is missing that * means they can interview every staff member under hello under the rule of law they can put them under oath and interview every staff member I wonder what they've got to say about old Hunter that they can interview every family member including Joe Biden Maga can interview Joe Biden with a subpoena Hunter that's what this means no visitors logged Congress can now put everyone associated with it under subpoena and find out who was in that house and those uh interviews are subject to criminal penalties for false statements * now let me show you the difference now Donald Trump put this out on Truth social he says Mar-A-Lago is a highly secured facility with security cameras all over the place and Joe Biden's cameras don't even work y'all he got chime cameras I think or something they don't even work I talked about that in the last broadcast Donald Trump says Mar-A-Lago is watched over by staff and Secret Service is always on the grounds of Mar-A-Lago he said I have my documents secured that what laying in a garage for Hunter to go put his hands on * ladies and gentlemen so what this means that the documents are missing it's it's about to get real real interesting watch Pretty clearly the beginning of the end for Joe Biden we can't prove that the future is unknowable but holy smokes it does not look good and it doesn't look good in a very recognizable way somewhere in his basement rec room drinking a corvoisier on Ice Andrew Cuomo is chuckling to himself he's seen this movie before Joe Biden's own aides keep finding stacks of felonies he's left around the * place in his office in his car and instead of throwing this evidence in the fireplace as under normal circumstances they would they're sending these documents on to the justice department Now isn't that interesting they're stacks of felonies these are felonies folks you don't take classified documents without authorization these stacks of hot crimes and misdemeanors for some reason are not being burned up in the fireplace like they most the time are nope that's not what's Happening Here as a matter of fact What's you it was to get rid of Cuomo so that Kamala could be in the running for the next president because Cuomo would have knocked her out well guess who else now is getting in kamela's way Jezebel herself it who planted this that who knew where * this evidence was for six years and it was an insurance policy in case Uncle Joe decided to go Rogue in case Uncle Joe decided he wanted to play uh uh uh the old people's game and stay in office and Casey thought he was actually the real president so why did Obama allow this news about these documents to go public why didn't he send somebody out to burn them up as soon as the lawyers found them you know they called Obama why was it they told burn it up burn it up don't why were they allowed to send it to where * the archivist the Department of Justice do you really wonder why now ladies and gentlemen Joe made a mistake he thought he was the president ladies and gentlemen time is up look at what I named tonight's class look at it look at Obama's blessing but here's what I want to talk to you about tonight did you know that Obama could save Joe Biden right now I'm going to prove it to you did you know that Joe Biden has I mean Obama has the power to save Joe Biden right now he could make it all go away for Joe Biden did you know that I can prove it to you he can make it all go away because Joe Biden has one defense in all of this and don't you know his lawyers are already talking * to Obama's lawyers there is one defense that would save Uncle Joe does anybody know what that defense is raise your hand if you know because he stole these classes as of right now these classified documents are stolen they're stolen that's what Democrats tell us about the documents over at Mar-A-Lago they were stolen and stolen these are stolen documents however what if Obama who was president when Obama when Biden stole these documents what if Obama gave him permission to take those documents effectively doing what * declassifying them that's right see this defense would work for Joe Biden because the president of the United States is the ultimate Authority about whether to declassify documents he is the final Arbiter of that decision now I I never get tired of saying this and I want you to listen the president does not need to go through any rubber stamp process you know as I watched the certified nuts Network talking about Trump one thing I never heard and I kept waiting I kept waiting not one person they ever had ever huh oh you can't see me I'm sorry I * forgot to move the graphic thank you darling no there I am know what's in the documents there is no rubber stamp process the president all power is vested in him for declassification and yes it is a magical power and yes he can say it's Declassified and it's done just like the Queen of England doesn't need a driver's license she don't need a * tag on her car why all of the authority of that is vested in her she doesn't have to ask anyone for a driver's license because they all issue forth from her well at that time Obama had all authority to declassify those documents that's in Joe Biden's garage he could have done it real simple are you ready here Joe take these classified documents with you when you leave the White House do you know what happens at that moment do you know what happens if he said here Joe take these documents with you when you leave the White House * they're Declassified if he did that yeah he said here Joe these are no longer take them they're Declassified take them with you he has the power to do that or he could have stuffed them in his own briefcase the president could have walked out with him that would have Declassified them instantly with nothing more required not one person on the left has ever shown the process to declassify because one does not exist the president and only the president has what's called plenary Power now you you're saying well how could * Obama Save uh Biden I'm fixing to show you hang tight the president has plenary power over National Security matters do you know what plenary means Google it no don't Google it Duck Duck Go it the Supreme Court ruled in Navy versus Eagan in 1988 Navy versus Egan Egan they were looking at a case and here's what they said they say they gave an unequivocal no that no other act of Congress or anything is needed for a president to declassify here is their direct quote the president is the commander-in-chief his authority * to classify and control access to information on National Security and to determine whether an individual is trustworthy to occupy a position in the executive branch that will give that person like Joe Biden access to such information flows primarily from the Constitutional investment of power in the president alone and exist apart from any other authority in other words Joe Biden if Barack Obama handed him those documents to take with him they are Declassified at the president's sole discretion President Biden I gave them to him he had the authority to have them because I as the president gave them to him but what would happen if he did that does anybody know it's a choice he can't afford to make because if he did that if he said that he would be conceding and every Democrat in America would be conceding that a president can Declassified documents simply by * walking them out of the White House or authorizing someone else to do so so why doesn't he exonerate Biden because he would be exonerating Trump don't you get it it's like a novel that has been perfectly written by Sydney Sheldon following was getting so large and the the whole world at that time was following his message it really wasn't his message it was his following the reason and that I'm not comparing Donald Trump * to Jesus please don't get your religious Bloomers all tied up but there's a paradox and a or a parallel rather that I want you to see here when a man gets a following when he begins to gain influence over the minds of the little man you know that little man that gets up every day and goes to work pays his bills the population when the people fall in love with the man and what he's saying and where he's leading them to then that man must be killed that man must be destroyed at all costs so what did they begin to do to Jesus * they begin to create accusations they begin to create things to try to legitimately bring him down they tried to find where he had broke the law because they didn't want the world to know that they just wanted to kill the man because he had a following they just wanted
