We are not restoring animal sacrifices. YAHSHUA
is the sacrifice. But the worship principle survives
where the sacrificial form has changed: when an
offering is brought before YAHWEH on His
appointed day, the commanded ... thousands of Israel. The silver trumpet had
a governmental function. It summoned those
appointed to authority.
Hold that Torah pattern, and now read Paul in 1
Thessalonians 4:16:
"The Master himself shall descend from
heaven with a shout

redemptive purposes.

V. Theological Implications
A. Divine Justice as Restorative
Torah Foundation: Biblical justice consistently emphasizes restoration over retribution:
● Eye for eye principle limits punishment to proportionality
● Jubilee laws mandate universal debt forgiveness
● Levitical sacrifices
most dangerous statement a religious leader can make in a
free society. Because once you establish the principle that government can
enforce religious doctrine "when necessary," the only question that remains
is: Who decides when it's necessary?
And beloved ... what Scripture clearly teaches about the nature of Yahshua, the
observance of biblical feast days, or the authority of Torah.
This is the very reason we are not a 501c3 congregation. We have
deliberately chosen to remain free from government
outranking the word in practice.
Watch how ordinary it looks.
Show a man the dietary instruction in the Torah and he says,
"That does not apply to me." He has just ruled on Scripture. He
has seated himself above ... specification on the stone.
Rejected of men. Chosen of YAHWEH.
That is the pattern stone. That is the cornerstone. And here is
a construction principle any mason will confirm: you cannot
build a wall out of two different kinds

Who has wronged her? Who has stripped her of her
name, her language, her feasts, her Torah, her identity
— as we saw on the Jericho road in the Good
Samaritan parable?

V. THE PRINCIPLE — YAHWEH USES
WHOM HE WILL
The Principle Transcends the Individual
Instance.
It does not matter which unjust judge you point to in a
particular hour of history. The principle remains —
YAHWEH is sovereign over
prophetic pattern.
YAHSHUA foretold that the dismissed steward would
find friends in "the mammon of unrighteousness" —
the worldly financial system — and that those friends
would receive him into their houses. That is exactly
what happened. The pattern of financial adaptation ... Pastoral care must be exercised here. The parable
describes a historical pattern of financial adaptation
among dismissed Judah — but it does not identify
every individual descendant with that pattern. Then,
as now:
•Many Jews across the centuries have lived quiet
said gives us any cover whatsoever.
For the man who has never been shown, ignorance is not
rebellion.
And Torah itself makes that distinction with a precision no
one in this house should have missed. Leviticus
provides an offering ... strains at
pronunciation and swallows contempt for the brethren.
The Scriptural Precedent
This is not sentiment. This is apostolic pattern.
Paul stood on Mars Hill in Athens, surrounded by
altars, and found one inscribed TO THE UNKNOWN
genuinely confused rather than merely
mocking:
No Torah-observant believer is
advocating that any individual take the
law into their own hands. To do so would
itself violate the Torah, which demands due
process, multiple witnesses, judicial
examination, and lawful ... sentence? Where was
the diligent inquiry? This was not a Torah
proceeding; it was a trap, using a woman as
bait, conducted by men who had already
shredded the Torah’s own evidentiary
requirements. When Yahshua said
corrected, and ultimately reconciled. This is the
very work of the substitutionary priesthood we
have taught. It is the principle of the leper outside
the camp in Leviticus 13 and 14.
When the priest goes out to the leper ... measure no other created being ever held.
Ezekiel's lament over the king of Tyrus, which in
the prophetic pattern we have taught reaches past
the human king to the anointed cherub behind
him, describes him thus:
"Thou sealest
This treatise defends the FHMI practice of saying Yahshua as a restoration
Jerusalem itself, the city of the great King?
The secular answer points to religious liberty. America was founded on principles that allowed
dissenters to worship freely, and so naturally movements that would have been crushed
elsewhere could flourish here. That ... Name
movement becomes Israel remembering the Name of her Elohim. The Hebrew Roots
awakening becomes Israel returning to her Torah. The Pentecostal outpouring becomes the
Spirit being poured out upon the house of Israel. The five-fold ministry becomes Israel
wrote erev-boker — evening-morning — six times in
succession with the precision of a man recording a divine pattern,
not describing a cultural convention.
The Hebrew word erev means evening — the going down of
the sun, the onset of darkness ... brought Israel
out by night becomes irreconcilable with Numbers 33:3.
The Same-Day Coherence Principle
This is the formal logical principle at work in the Exodus argu-
ment, and it applies wherever Scripture assigns multiple events to
the same
vines.
THE PRIEST IS CLEANSED → THE LAND IS
CLEANSED.
And when the greater Priest came, the same
principle reached its fullness: one Man acts, and
many receive.
CHAPTER TWELVE — THE CROWN
ON A LEVITE'S HEAD

Not a son of the royal house.
THE HIGH PRIEST.
Under Torah this is not unusual. It is forbidden.
Levi held the altar. Judah held the throne. The

This is no minor principle. It is the evidentiary
law of the Kingdom — affirmed by YAHSHUA
Himself (Matthew 18:16) and invoked by the
Apostle Paul (2 Corinthians ... office.
Headship is the order of authority YAHWEH
set in the home and the assembly. It is His
preferred pattern. It is real, and this treatise
does not deny it.

which one serves

cannot explain why without these books.
Witness Three: Jude and the Principle of
Citation
Jude 14–15 quotes the Book of Enoch directly. This
does not make every non-canonical book
Scripture, but it destroys ... line in 1563: read for
instruction, not for establishing doctrine. We read
every book the same way — tested against Torah and
the Prophets (Isaiah 8:20).
