Sabbath’s observance fostered a unique social struc-
ture, prioritizing community and spiritual renewal

The Sabbath and Covenant Loyalty

The Method Matters Because The Covenant Matters
Each method of blood application restored a different di-
mension of broken relationship:
Sprinkling on the people at Sinai (Exodus 24:8)—rati-

Throwing against the altar in peace offerings—sus-

1986 wasn't just the end of a covenant cycle. It was the start of the final

A Prayer of Covenant Renewal

One calendar leads to covenant.
The other, to confusion.
One rehearses redemption.
The other rehearses rebellion.
Every believer must choose which calendar governs their
worship ... same day, same feast, same covenantal pattern. This was
not a “new religion” beginning; it was the same marriage
renewed.
3. TABERNACLES —
THE JOY OF DWELLING WITH YAHWEH
Finally comes Tabernacles (Sukkot).
The people live in temporary shelters, remembering

have witnessed in conservative media in years.

Covenant promises

The Scriptures Confirm This
Romans 8:16-17 - "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of Yahuah, and if
children, then heirs—heirs of Yahuah and joint heirs with ... HEIRS. Masters of all. But we must first be trained as children under tutors and guardians (the
covenants, the rehearsals, the Law) until we reach maturity.
This is Yahuah's purpose in creation: to give it as an inheritance

Jeremiah 31 again. What does YAHWEH promise to
write, and where? His Torah, in the heart. The
Renewed Covenant is not Torah removed; it is Torah
internalized. The evidence that YAHWEH is
keeping His promise ... given authority
according to their faithfulness.
For discussion. Ephesians 2:12 says the nations
were "strangers from the covenants." If citizenship
comes by grafting into Israel, what changes about
how we evangelize? What exactly does YAHWEH
promise to write
creation? “which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we
ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption,
to wit, the redemption of our body” (Romans 8:23). We
have the firstfruits — there is your Pentecost earnest —
and we groan ... make of us one new body, one family of sons. Take the
cup — the blood of the New Covenant, the renewed
covenant of the wilderness, the covenant the three
thousand entered on the day fully come.
And as you take
prepare for my apostolic journey to Turkey, I would like this letter to
encourage the whole church to renew her enthusiasm for the profession of
faith. For centuries, this enduring confession of faith has been the common
heritage of Christians ... government power to
enforce religious unity has never died. And in the name of "strengthening
the Church's witness" or "protecting religious freedom" or "ensuring
accountability," political leaders will offer churches a deal that seems too
good to refuse.
